Waited about 10 minutes after I paid not to mention how long I waited before I got to the window. I guess I was waiting for frys BUT my sandwich was cold and the sauces the girl asked if I wanted was not in the bag. So a cold dry sandwich and medium hot fry well at least my coke was good... I'm gonna need it to chock down this cold cut sandwich

Just once I would.like them to get a to go order correct!!! Even if we go in and order they screw it up. Tartar sauce for the gyros is just plain gross.

The new cheese steak comes with close to no meat.... I love Arby's but today was a disappointment....also I hear staff swearing while getting orders from drive thru, I know we're the only 2 people inside but that's so unprofessional!

ZERO STARS. Will never return. Simple order: 3 Arby's Roast Beef with Cheddar, Two orders of Curly fries, and 1 Reuben. Ordered inside and asked for it to go. The order took over 20 minutes ( there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time ) to be brought to the checkout and was completely wrong. It took a supervisor and another employee to review the coupons that were brought in. Then they end up attempting to charge for an additional 2 orders of curly fries which we didn't want. By the time we were leaving Arby's the food was cold and smashed into the bags. Never waste your time or money with this place. They were all clueless and incompetent. Yelp required me to choose at least one star to post this review. They don't deserve any stars. I haven't been to an Arby's in at least ten years and will never return. Anyone who reads this: please pass and go elsewhere. Horrible experience.

My husband purchased food from the location in Romeoville., The food was not great, and the receipt was for “Lockport Meats”??? No mention of the name “Arby’’s”!!! What legitimate business does this??? The receipt also did not list a phone#!!!! And the Manager would not give me a name!!! Said she didn’t have to give it to me.. Is this what local restaurant businesses are being reduced to??? I am all for supporting local businesses but this is too much!! What happened to real adults being promoted to Managers as opposed to teenagers with very little customer service skills??

2-17-23 stopped here for lunch around 11am and I should of never got Arby's. I got four sliders and a mint shake. The mint shake is amazing that's it. I got two Buffalo chicken slider no sauce and I bit into one and the chicken was raw still. I was pissed and I had no time to go back since I only get 30 minutes of lunch. I called and no answer. Just from that bite I got sick and puking and I got a fever and upset stomach. I highly recommend checking your food when you get chicken sandwich or anything chicken related here. I always come to this Arby's since it 15 minutes back and forth for work. What makes me mad is they weren't even busy they should of checked with there gauge and made sure it was proper temp before letting it go.

First time at this location, trying the fish 2 for 7 fish sandwich. Fish is very good and crispy along with the bread, the tartar sauce is absolutely disgusting though. Please change it.

Gave them one more chance. My order was repeated back to me correctly, but was incorrect...again. I have not experienced this at other locations. People are friendly. Quick drive thru service. But...consistently I get home with wrong food. I give up. Will still go to Arby's, just not this one.
