45 minutes late cold and rude person on the phone. Never again.
We’ve been going here for years, but no more. First off, last night when I ordered the pizza, I had to tell the young lady three times what I wanted. She also asked if this was “Frank”. I’m sure all our info is on the system. When my wife went to pick it up, she was told it would be a couple of minutes. It turns out, the pizza was in the warmer the whole 15 minutes she was waiting.
