I am done going to this baskin unfortunately. Me and my boyfriend go very frequently, at least twice a week, to get milkshakes. More often than not the shakes are so thin it is just really expensive chocolate milk. When you ask them to fix it, which we have to do almost every time, they are mad. If the manager is there they will try to charge extra for more ice cream. I'm sorry but I am not asking for extra ice cream, I am asking for a shake to not be $8 chocolate milk. From now on I will go to DQ.

The worst experience ever at a food establishment nothing but a bunch of kids in there playing the entire time whispering through the ear pieces. First of all we weren’t greeted when we walked in, they’re all play fighting. As a store manager myself this was horrible you guys need to consider hiring individuals who are actually going to care about your establishment. They thought it was funny that we ordered a banana split because none of them knew how to make it they were asking eachother and come to find out they had one banana left and it was rotten so they all walked to the back and giggled. What kind of customer service is this?

Never go to this establishment. They charged my husband for items he did not get. When he went back the employee argued with him saying “oh wait you paid for what you didn’t get?” He took exactly what he jut ordered and her response was “ oh I am glad I gave you a receipt”. The manager did nothing about it. Take your money elsewhere.
