It's a lil loud on weekends, I believe the location in Shorewood is more reasonably located to stores etc... but it's a nice chiles and they took care to ensure a quality experience.

DO NOT EAT HERE - SEVERE FOOD POISONING!! I became violently ill after eating the Old-timer with Cheese Burger from this location. At the time, I didn't realize the burger was the cause, I thought it could've been anything. A few days later, my partner ordered the same meal and suffered the exact same symptoms. This is NOT a coincidence--it's a serious food safety issue. I have reported this to the health department, BBB, and corporate in hopes no one else will get sick. Twice in one week is unacceptable and absolutely no coincidence. Avoid this place until they address their food handling practices--I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

It's a nice atmosphere, great for a late lunch or early dinner. Trina was very nice and also Peter the manager was very welcoming and helped us with our bill at the end. I recommend this Chili's 🌶️

The food is always good here. I only do the take out, and THAT is always an adventure. Double check your bag before you go, I have been sissing something at least half the time, and they run later than they tell you most of the time. I’d recommend eating in. The take away is enough of a hassle that I wrote a review.

They took a while to get to our table. We were there for 40 minutes and they only served us drinks but did not take our order. The waitress was going around to her other tables but we never got greeted after our drinks were served. Eventually we paid for our drinks and left.

New Review: Not the usual quality. I ordered two meals for carry out on 12/29/24. My Cajun chicken pasta dish was horrible. It was a very scant amount so much of the bottom and sides of the container was visible as if someone ate a portion. Hardly any toppings or seasoning and I counted only 6 small pieces of the chicken. My dinner was spoiled. The smash burger came with a smaller amount of fries than usual. I called immediately and spoke to the supervisor Mike, he offered a gift certificate on a future visit and refund or to have it remade and threw in a complimentary desert for the trouble. Although I had to return to the store to get it after having my son pick up the order, I wanted dinner that night so I chose to have it remade. The dish was presented with better quality although the chicken was not very seasoned and a bit dry. (Last 3 PICS are for new review). *Prior review* Cajun Chicken Pasta was horrible!! I am a regular at this Romeoville Chili's and not only did I have to call 10 minutes later to let them know I was waiting in the Curbside check in after I already checked in when I arrived home, my food wasn't even Luke warm. It was very dry, no cheese, no sauce and the chicken and pasta was dry also. Very little Cajun seasoning. What is this unidentified black burnt substance in my food. You can see it in the pics. I called and talked to Joe, the supervisor who said if I come back they can remake it. When I asked what to I get for the inconvenience of having to come back out & wait, he said he could throw in a desert. Wowwww. So I told him I'd rather take the credit. Mean while my dinner was ruined. $15.69 before tax down the drain.

My husband and visited this location last Friday and it was a disorganized mess . The hostess at the front door was yelling and pointing everyone to go to the bar ! Never took our names spent 5 minutes waiting to just give my name before I decided to leave and unfortunately this is not the first time that happened at this location won’t be trying it again!!!! Very disappointed . Not sure of why the wait we did see plenty of open tables.

I ordered food for delivery and I received the salmon with rice and broccoli and the rice looked old and it was spread all over the place, broccoli also looked old and flimsy, and the salmon was dry and chewy. I wish I could post a picture.

Placed an order on Sat 11/16 at 7:30pm for my food to be picked up by 7:53 and 7:58. I get there on time and thought my food would be ready but it wasn’t. I see about 7 other customers get their food before mine as minutes go by. I didn’t get my food till 8:30 which is unacceptable. Manager was very kind and will refund my money back since I waited so long. I told them they can have the food back because two employees were on their phones while they were charging on the floor, they were still using their same hands touching other customers bags which is highly unsanitary. This used to be my convenient location but I will not be returning here again.
