Stopped in for lunch. Our server (Sam) was also the bartender. She was very attentive and was on top of it . Food was good as usual. I had the the Big QP Burger, wife had the Crispy Chicken, and daughter had the Kids Pizza. All were very good.

I got food to go. Spent around $90. All of the meals that included fries barely had any fries at all. The containers were so empty. All my kids were complaining. The mashed potatoes, steak, burger and appetizers were ok. Only complaint is how stingy they are on the fries especially for the price.

Last weekend, I went to Romeoville Chili’s location and ordered the chicken quesadilla to go. I ended up having terrible stomach pain, upset stomach and vomiting at the same time. The next day I contacted Chilies and spoke with the manager she was very friendly and apologized. She did provide a refund and offered a gift but I declined the gift card. Although, I do appreciate how the manager was very apologetic and assisted in providing a refund and gift card but I don’t think I can eat at Chilies again.

The food was ok. They didn't get the order correct but I'll let that pass. We were never offered refills on our drinks or on our salsa for the chips. It wasn't that busy that these things lacked. Our waitress was good, but don't think she cared if we were actually satisfied.

This Chili's had a bright, warm atmosphere. We were seated very quickly and the wait staff were fast, friendly, and attentive; especially when my wife became observably very warm and said they spoke to the manager to turn the air on a little higher.
