Second time I've come and they're not open on time. Both times I placed a mobile order, the first time for 10:30 and they weren't open on time, so the second time I thought better and set the mobile order pick-up time for 10:45 and they still weren't open. Last time when they finally unlocked the door, there is no apology or acknowledgement. It's currently 10:50 and the doors are still locked.
Updated - 3rd visit did an order for 11am. (I'm trying to push it later and later to hope they were open). Good news they were open, bad news my food wasn't ready and like 5 other people were waiting and said they had been since 10:30.

Spent $112.00 had family in from out of state. The steak burritos was nothing but fat and gristle! The bowls had not even been filled abd Didn’t have guacamole on the 8 items that we ordered it on. White rice was hard in 7 of the meals and forgot the 2 kids meal drinks! When calling to say something you can’t even get through to the restaurant! I was so embarrassed! Horrible experience!

litzy is really rude! asked for barbacoa and they put 2!! pieces of meat so i was forced to ask for double!! the 2 upfront at 4pm aug 5th were really rude to my father as well when he asked for fajitas do better ! i asked him to initial every bowl since we ordered for our whole family and the guy just did scribbles are you serious??

I stopped visiting any chipotle because of the food quantity and quality recently. However, the Romeoville location has brought me back to chipotle indefinitely. They’re portion sizing and food quality is above any other chipotle I’ve visited.

Ordered a burrito, their card reader stopped working, waited 15min and watched my burrito get cold then manager announced it will be 30-60min wait to reboot the system, I explained I do not have that much time so she just threw burrito out, wasn’t my fault, oh yeah police officers got their food compt but nobody else, management needs training

I love chipotle!! The food here is good the workers are all nice except for this older Hispanic lady she gives everyone problems when she is there and for some reason she lingers at the front they need to have her in the back cooking or making chips she has a terrible attitude and she doesn't do much just baby sit the area and see what everyone is getting otherwise good food and good workers most of the time

Ordered a fajita bowl not 1 vegetable in my bowl uggg
I ordered a chicken bowl and forgot to get cheese on it. I remembered to ask for cheese as the employee was still working on my boyfriend’s (he was right behind me in line) chicken bowl. She had put the lid on my bowl just seconds before. She told me she could not put cheese on it because she had already closed it. I then asked if I could just get some in a cup to add myself since she refused to open the lid to the bowl and just put it on there. Keep in mind, we had not paid yet. She was still actively working on our order and just refused to open the lid and add cheese. Anyways, she charged me $1.60 for the cheese even though it should’ve been free and included with the bowl… The charge for sides is for EXTRA sides, not when an employee refuses to add an included ingredient to an active order. I didn’t complain in the store cause I was in a time rush and it was just $1.60. But I just wanted to make others aware that this location charges customers for free ingredients. I will be going to a different location in the future.

I am a big fan of chipotle so Tuesday 2-4-25 around 7:30pm I ordered a steak bowl white rice vegetables sour cream corn cheese lettuce. By 10 pm I was extremely sick, laying on my bathroom floor I won’t go into details. The following two days I had to call off of work. Do not eat here unless you enjoy food poisoning. I am no longer a fan of chipotle. I am still not feeling 100% it is now Thursday night

Been here countless times and they just decide to start closing at 8 pm. If you come in at any time after they’re out of rice, cheese, chicken, guac, you name it. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to
