This location needs to train these employees on how to treat/greet customers the right way. The girl at the register had a face as if she did not want to be there. No Hello!..No thank you and have a nice day! Nothing!!! Just all attitude! Then when it comes to how clean it was...the counter was messy with food spills. The lemonade station was not clean. I wasted my half bday free drink on lemonade that tasted old and sour...not the good sour either! I was very disappointed! This is the location I normally go to and never have had issues but this is my 2nd time encountering this attitude. Last time, the employee was slamming the rice and beans in the bowl. Again....Chipotle you need to provide better training and hire people who like to work and be around people.

I will not visit this location again! I’m so confused on how i received BURNT fajita peppers in my quesadilla. My entire meal is ruined! It’s so burnt you can smell it! I don’t understand why this was served. I’m sure I’m not the only one who received these. & to make matters worst my daughter found plastic in her bowl. I wish I noticed in the restaurant but I was on the other side putting the toppings on the chicken bowl I also ordered. If you visit this location watch them closely!

I had an unpleasant experience today. I asked for sides of white rice, and the cashier made me feel uncomfortable for the request. When she asked the back staff to refill the white rice, she commented in a way that made me feel embarrassed for asking for ‘so much rice.

Shrinkflation officially hit chipotle and it's not subtle at all. Paying the same price and the burritos are now half the size and the portions for the burrito bowls again are half the size when they used to pack it in. Done with greedy companies that do this.

They open at 10:30. My food said it was ready at 10:30. It’s 10:37 I try to open the doors and it’s locked. A DoorDasher with Starbucks tried opening the door too. The blonde young worker opens the side door for him, sees me and closes the door without even acknowledging me. She turns around and says yes? after I am stunned that she just did that. I said i have an order? She said no I don’t think so. I said it says ready at 10:30 yes you do. She then closes the side door and opens the front door to let me in. She literally saw me next to the door dash guy and closed it on my face. Rude behavior. 5 plus workers were working but not ready to open for business?

Place is absolutely filthy, not sure why I even ordered when I arrived. Won’t do that again, staff is childish and don’t handle food well. Found a hair in my bowl. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst chipotle ever there are always out of everything staff not friendly at all … food always looks horrible literally always out of food you can go 1 hour before closing and they will tell you they can’t make it .. never clean always nasty and dirty looking beverage center looks horrible all the time I always come after work around 6-7 and always the same thing …. hORRIBLE location

We’ve always ordered from this location but the past 4 or 5 times we have ordered, it’s always either missing something or looks half eaten. This time when we received it, one of the bowls only had sour cream and a small amount of rice lining the bottom. Pretty much everything was missing. When I tried to contact customer service they would only give me a coupon for next time. I don’t think I will be ordering from here again unfortunately.
The workers at this location never change their gloves. My most recent visit the same girl made the food, cashed the customers out, and refilled her stations. All with the same pairs of gloves. I literally watched her take money with these gloves on. I saw multiple people in the prep area doing the same. Absolutely disgusting

Hey Chipotle, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent orders. I'm new to the area, and this is my second time visiting this location, and both times the restaurant has been filthy. The entrance doors and table tops are dirty, and the utensils and beverage area are not clean. When ordering, the glasses are dirty, and the food is mixed in the containers, like cheese and lettuce, and lettuce and guac. On top of that, when I get home, my food is cold. I've never been to a location that's been so disappointing. If the front of the house looks that filthy, can you imagine the back cooking area? I hope you can look into this to ensure better quality in the future.
Went to get lunch while in line an employee came out the bathroom very loudly “whew needed that” one of the workers told him he was loud and he told her “so I’m human” … then proceeded to put gloves on and make the next persons food 🤢… maybe management needs to review double handwashing with their team .. but the two girls that were working were nice as it looked like they were short staffed.
