This place has really gone downhill. Has been under construction with no working bathroom for more than a year, he charged us for the wrong sizes and we found that out after we checked receipt so we definitely were scammed. The ice cream looks all dried and freezer burned in the case. It's disappointing because we really love coldstone.

The older man is super rude to his employees. He scolded the young girl that helped us and was upset that she gave us "too much" ice cream. Portion was normal i assume the guy is a real cheapskate. Assuming the floor is bear with residue from the tile and his been for about a year. It is very dusty and dirty from this "do it yourself " project. And who ever painted the ceiling and wall looks like a mess. I think my 7 year old could've done better. Will not be returning to this location. We will take our money else where.

I asked for a smoothie and expect it to be blended, she handed me 1/4 blended and all this for me to blend at home???? And I called and asked if they had the red velvet confetti cake; she said no which they indeedddd had them, multiple. She didn’t wanna be there and it showed. Horrible

My girlfriend took me here for the first time when I arrived in the United States, I loved the place, the delicious ice cream and the very friendly people.
TJ and Nicole were polite, friendly, and overall great additions to our experience. First time to Cold Stone since moving to the area and will definitely be back!
