We love our Cracker Barrel...eat in or take out. Great service, delicious food with a good variety. I always choose their healthy options. Sometimes I splurge with one of their delicious biscuits! Plus there's always lots of interesting items to look at in the store. I also like the extra add on dinner for $6!

I used to love Cracker Barrel the boy have things changed. The hostess took over five minutes to see us, and we didn’t see our server and sat at the table for 15 minutes before I finally asked for help. The food was cold and old, and the portions were very small

The behavior of the lady in the billing counter was very rude and impolite. But the food and other services were very nice.

I came here almost weekly until my mom passed away. She loved your restaurant and store. I also have enjoyed coming as well.

Food was fine but as regular customers, we were disappointed in your continual changing menu and rising prices with less food. I walked away this time not quite full. Yeah eggs have gone up but removing a french toast and/or meat out of the mommas sampler did not leave us feeling good. And breakfast which was over $40 for two of us. Just to say we were disappointed.

The manage should teach the servers to pre bus their tables. Our server was ok, but he did not remove one dish from any of his tables. This is a big issue for us. Can't order dessert, where would if fit on the table plate filled table.
