This Bolingbrook, Il location is the best Cracker Barrel I've experienced. The food is always good with reliable quality, but the main difference with this store is the fantastic employees. They are always friendly and attentive, across the board, and provide a quality of service that is so much better than the other Cracker Barrels that I go out of my way to travel the extra distance to visit this particular location rather than the ones that are closer to my home. Everyone from the greeter to the wait staff to the cashiers are first rate. Keep up the good work!

We phoned ahead of arrival and requested seats for 10. Was told it would not be a problem. When we arrived, we had to wait almost an hour for seats. The waitress was young and inexperienced. She attempted to take orders from the foot of the table and she could not hear us and we could not hear her. When we started getting our meals, there was no eating utensils with it. We had to wait approximately 15 mins to get forks! Two people from our party ordered plain cheese burgers and when they were delivered, they had everything in them. We sent them back and it was clear someone simply wiped the toppings off! We sent them back again and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to make them. When you enter any other establishment, you get offered drinks and the utensils are given to you then if they are not on the table already. Worst experience for a family get together ever.Parking: The place was packed, not much parking available. I went around the parking lot and got lucky as someone was leaving.
