At 5:08 pm on Saturday,May31, my husband and I walked in the door. We were the first customers after 5o'clock Mass. At least 3 servers looked at us and didn't know what to do.Finally a girl came over and took my husband's order. He paid separately since he was using 10 free meal tickets. I then ordered a strawberry field salad. My husband's and everyone around us got their food quite fast. I SAT AND SAT. NO FOOD for me. At 5:25, my husband went to the counter to find my food which was sitting. My husband took my receipt with him and left it behind. HIS receipt was order #AAAJPMYWACBQ Employee Reg1. I don't have my receipt since my husband left it behind. We have been faithful Culver custimers for over 20 years. Our service tonight was disgraceful.

I used to love this location, now its SO hit or miss on whether or not your food is going to be good. Fries are constantly stone cold when ordered in the drive through. Tonight I ordered a pork tenderloin with red onion and mayo, it was like someone whispered the word "mayo" on my sandwich and it had ONE piece of the heel end of an onion; which couldn't have been more than a quarter inch in diameter. When fast food costs as much as it does now there are FAR better places to spend your money that are less chain and more local AND you'll actually get what you want...On the brightside, I DID get a full cup of cheese sauce to go with my cold-and-half-cooked fries.

They gave me 3 chicken tenders in my box of 4. I had three normal tender than the last one was 3in.
The restroom was very bad. It was not cleaned when I went inside. Bad smell and whatnot! Had I not given an order, I would have never had something from here. Please request the management and cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness is maintained.
