Out of the times that I have gone to Culver’s everything had always been great one time there’s a bunch of young kids working. I ordered chocolate shake with extra syrup and I got a cup full of syrup. I was just a little disturbed by that but other than that, it’s always been a pleasure

Drive -thru. The last 2 times going thru the drive- thru my orders were wrong. Today the lobby was closed. So they only had the orders in the drive thru to do. I feel they ask to many questions and don't listen to what people are ordering. And why the hell does everything have to be a basket. I always ask to have NO LETTUCE and they can't get that right. The kitchen adds and subtract what ever ingredients they want to. Ever since this location was sold to a new owner it has gone to shit.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. After waiting, almost 10 minutes, past the expected time the order would be ready and nobody came out, I went in. Asked the cashier about my order with my name and he turns to a metal shelf where the order is just sitting. Get to the car and the food is cold because instead of someone bringing it out as ordered, they left my order sitting!!! Not only was the food cold but they hadn't even had the drink with it. We will never visit this location again

Food was good. Unfortunately There’s a woman with glasses and braids African American dark skin she had somewhat of an agitated, unwelcoming and impatient demeanor at the window. Felt it deep in my spirit! That brought this experience down lower for me.

This Culver’s is always a solid choice. The food tastes great every time, I usually go for the ButterBurger and cheese curds, and they never disappoint. The place is clean, and the staff are nice and welcoming. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when it’s busy, but it’s worth the wait. And the frozen custard? Always a win. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something good and comforting.

Downloaded the app today to start getting points. Ordered frozen yogurt desserts off the app. Said time they'd be ready, got to the curd pickup area, let them know we had arrived. Waited and waited, no one came out. About 15 minutes past our ready time my wife went in. She said there were at least 10 people working and none of them knew what to do with a curd side order. Even when they were ready no one brought them to the counter. My wife said the girl told her she didn't hear the little ding. Don't know if I'll be using this anymore, especially with frozen treats.
