Me and my roommate got scammed by a very rude employee. When she offered us extra Oreos on top, she didn’t tell us how much extra or list it on the receipt. Two ice creams came out to $21. When we cross checked it with the app, we noticed extra Oreos wouldn’t be 3+ dollars per ice cream. We would’ve been less mad if we had received the extra Oreos.

Can't use or receive points for app. Pecans were stale in my blizzard. Husband had ultimate cookie blizzard and didn't taste any nutter butter. Which means they didn't put none in it. Nutter Butter has a distinct taste.

Another location that my family and I have been going for years now too. It has its moments where it is super busy but just like at any other location they are understaffed and patience is a virtue. Sad they no longer sell nachos but the ice cream cones, blizzards and freeze drinks are always yummy ?

Place is understaffed. Waited in the drive in for 20 minutes waiting to order while ONE employee worked the window. Place is always and usually never get the order right.

It is just like every other dairy cream minus the food. My issue with this location was they do not accept the app, so you cant take part in any deals they offer so I just deleted the app all together. Their ice cream is more milky than some places. The blizzards have gone up in price.
