The wait in the drive thru is crazy! I placed a mobile order and still waited 12 mins in the drive thru to pickup. This was on a Saturday morning around 9am. I've heard the mgmt changed so I've been giving it a shot but the wait times are way too long. People don't roll thru DD because they have time to wait...especially almost 15 mins for a bagel and 2 donuts. Do better Dunkin.

This is the worse location: The first picture is what they serve every time I get bacon avocado toast. The second picture is obviously how it should look and that’s the one on independence road in Romeoville. This location is absolutely trash

I should’ve left a review of this location about a year ago. I’m doing this hopefully they’ll make improvements and since they updated to 24 hrs. Just a constructive feedback to keep it in business and avoid future sufferings. Comparing this location to others (my top two are on 59 Plainfield and 59 Naperville? By the tolls and bp gas station which makes the most delicious hot coffee ever) (also the new one in old discount tires on Weber are speedy due to amount of employees and excellent teamwork, I know that two windows are the advantage there).
Areas needed attention for the one on Independence/53and normantown: 1) drive thru takes forever, I mean forever….. 2) wrong order (I watched my drive thru menu which was correct) (not even worth going back for correct one to be honest) 3) quality of drinks and certain foods aren’t appealing 4) sanitary (I had to use the washroom one time and it wasn’t really clean, one employee was in one of them for a long period of time which I had to use the opposite).
This is based on frequents ordering from that location. Once a while I would order there 5 days a week or so. Yeah, an Dunkin addict.
I think this has to do with proper training for the employees (I used to train people), and lacking management (one on 59 Plainfield is a perfect example of excellent teamwork and they actually do make offers).
It is all about teamwork and making sure they’re properly trained. Usually in business we have to put in efforts without the aids from the company. I had to do things that company didn’t mention when it comes to training for forklift certification so the associates are comfortable and have better knowledge of expectations with safety. I do see that the employees there are good people and are human beings, just needed someone in charge to be aware of this and take actions immediately. Opportunity are there and I care. Thanks for reading. Looking forward to the improvements to be made. And I wanna say thank you for updating to 24 hrs which is a plus for my long drives and cigar which is what I do in my free time.

I am highly upset Everyday I come to this location for the same thing so I’m well aware of how my food should be made. I order a bacon avocado toast and normally the avocado is warm however it was cold. No cold as it was left out but cold to the point I couldn’t eat as it appeared that it was taken straight from the fridge. Of course I didn’t eat this at all as it was impossible to eat anything that cold there not ice cream. I reached out to customer support and it’s Been a week now that I haven’t hear anything. Customer service is trash

The employees here are super rude. They tried over charging me an item that I didn’t even ask for. I tried getting my refund back and they seemed so incoherent about doing it. Terrible service!
