The drive thru runs out into R53 and it’s absolutely dangerous 🤬with that being said. The new DD the old discount tires by the 55 entrance have the most awesome avocado toast around!!!

The girl and 3 boys that where working,were terible.we wsked for kids scoop on a cone,tried ti explain to girl,she started giving me atitude,when we got ice cream for kids,was exact same size as regular,i asked for napkins,they closed the window on us and were walking around and pretended like doesnt hear us,i honk and still nothing,after 5 min waiting for napkins,one of the teens/worker cane to the window to ask what i want.those kids dont have a desire to work neither to be there,please dont hire kids that dont want to work.Awfull service,but its managers fault because they dont train those teenegers right!

I visited on 05/07 around 5 PM. I ordered a matcha, but it wasn’t blended well. it was clumpy. It was made by a lady with blondish hair. Before we left, there was an older man ordering ice cream. He was very nice, but it was hard to understand what he was saying, and he clearly had trouble hearing. The same lady kept loudly saying, “A what?” which felt a bit rude and dismissive.

Where do I start? Sunday 7:45 in the morning… Opted to go inside because of the longer drive thru line( and by long I’m talking 4 cars)… overlook the filthy doors and the disgusting floors… there was 3 patrons inside, this should be relatively quick…ordered my medium coffee- no frills, no whip creams nothing fancy…. 20 minutes later I’m asking what they need to put my coffee in the cup? The guy said, I know what you ordered, but didn’t attempt to get my order or figure out where it might be… They can’t serve a cup Of coffee in 20 minutes… Clearly no one runs on Dunkin at this place, in fact people barely function here let alone run. . I left after 20 minutes, without coffee.DO NOT GO HERE…. Especially if you just want a quick cup of joe..
I ordered the $6 deal, (nothing special added) waited AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW (not in line to get to the window) for approx 7min. I know most of the ingredients are precooked and just needs to be warmed up or toasted so how does it take that long? I should have just went to the McDonald's next door for faster service.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a disaster. Nothing went right during my visit. The drink wasn’t mixed, and the woman taking my order was extremely rude and actually yelled at me. It took over 10 minutes just to get a small black coffee. When I finally got it, the lid wasn’t on properly, so it spilled and made my car sticky. I had to throw the drink out. Total waste of time, money, and patience.

The wait in the drive thru is crazy! I placed a mobile order and still waited 12 mins in the drive thru to pickup. This was on a Saturday morning around 9am. I've heard the mgmt changed so I've been giving it a shot but the wait times are way too long. People don't roll thru DD because they have time to wait...especially almost 15 mins for a bagel and 2 donuts. Do better Dunkin.
