Absolutely the freaking worst service ever. Last year I was able to get my free drink that I get once a year on my birthday and apparently they changed the rules and now I'm not able to get one freeing drink. They act like it'll hurt their business to just give someone one lousy simple iced coffee drink a bunch of jerks. Never going to Dunkin donuts again

Just recently moved to the area and second time going to this location. Bad idea! If you ever have a taste for watered down and luke warm coffee then this is the place. Otherwise the one in North Webber close to I-55 is way better! Never again!

Use to be the best Dunkin by far! Recently they have gone down hill. The coffee is never a consistent taste. I get very simple coffee drinks, iced coffee with my flavor and cream, and it's never right anymore. Super disappointed.

Great service at this Dunkin’! One employee was extra helpful when I forgot to add whipped cream to my drink in the mobile app. She kindly added it for me without any problem. (I had to ask for her name since they don’t wear name tags and I believe she said her name was Taylor) I really appreciate her understanding attitude and great customer service! It’s the little things that count. Will be coming back again!

The employees make mistakes with drinks. I ordered a coffee with sugar + cream and it was missing the sugar. I came back around in a little bit later after my round of golf, and the owners wouldn’t make it right and argued that I never was there in the first place. I’m sick of bad customer service and they lost a customer over a $3 coffee.

I used to be a regular at this location , but I stopped coming because the service kept getting worse. My coffee and food were rarely made the same way, and the manager, Leeroy, was consistently rude. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this location has lost my business. This Dunkin flat out sucks. ANY other location is better.
