This restaurant is absolutely strange. Often when you order through DoorDash, you simply don’t receive your order they just keep extending the prep time until the very last minute. And then, at the last minute, you find out they’re not even open. The service is weird, and so are their working hours they work when they feel like it, and when they don’t, they just don’t. The food quality also depends on who’s cooking sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s terrible. I think they should first learn that if you say you open at 11 a.m., then open at 11 and don’t mislead people.

Got beef shawarma wrap and a kompot ordered for delivery. They put the drink in a coffee cup and put it in the bag unsecured it spilled everywhere ruined the food and then offered no solution

Unfortunately the food was just so so. I ordered Plov, which was just dry rice with dry pieces of lamb crumbled over. The waiter brought so bread we ordered but no butter or oil to eat with nor even a bread plate, so we used a napkin.

Please learn how to properly arrange the food for delivery. The cake should never be placed between two hot dishes! The plov smells terrible — what kind of oil are you even using to cook it? The shawarma is even worse; I couldn’t eat it at all. This is unacceptable, and the quality must improve immediately.

The food here is very delicious! The price matches the quality. The waiters are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I would give Faiza restaurant 10 stars if I could. The service was next level. Adina walked us through the menu and made excellent suggestions. The food was spectacular. You can tell that they really care about the quality of the food and are proud to serve it. We had the kharcho, manty, lepeshka, and the boso layman. Our meal felt like a warm hug- the ultimate comfort food. Every bite hit the perfect note. Please try this very special place.
