This place was known for their pizza, which is why I kept ordering, but lately it’s been making me want to look elsewhere. The last couple of orders arrived cold, and this time the delivery took over 1 hour and 30 minutes, which is honestly a little ridiculous. I understand delays happen, but this has become a repeated issue. When the pizza is fresh, it’s good — but long wait times and cold food really ruin the experience. Hoping they can get back to the quality they were once known for.

Food was good however we waited 49 mins for 2 sub sandwiches 2 go.There was nobody else there waiting. After 30mins we heard someone ask who was making the subs!!! So order sat there half hour before they even started making them!

I took a co-worker there for lunch as he has never been there before. I have always had a good experience, but unfortunately todays lunch fell way short. We both ordered the same item, buffalo chicken salad. It was very bland, the buffalo sauce really had no flavor, lettuce seemed a bit watery. For the price, not worth it.

Everyone will find something to their liking. The menu is diverse. The staff is friendly and professional. They will always help you make a choice and suggest something interesting. It feels like they care about every guest. This place is perfect for meeting friends, having a romantic dinner, or just indulging in delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. Food was ok .... When it finally came out! And then no parmesan! And went to get a drink and it was starry... And they needed to add syrup to the machine so I waited for about a good 20 to 25 minutes went back and it still wasn't changed They are completely disorganized at that place and they have no sense of urgency! Customer service literally went down the train with this place!

I’m a Chicago Tavern Style pizza lover. My friend has been trying to get me here for years and finally went there with him. Wow, wow, wow…. It was so good that I ordered a second one. Extra thin, well done but not burnt, only sausage. Made it into my all time top three. Nice job Fat Ricky’s…. People, go get yourself some….go, go, go!

We always pass by this spot and decided to give it a try. The menu was a bit confusing, so much on the paper menu with no prices. The staff was very kind though. We went with the margherita pizza and it was very disappointing. It lacked flavor, it honestly felt like i was just eating bread. The sauce had no flavor, nothing.. we waited 45 minutes , paid $35 for a bland pizza. 🫤

Absolutely excellent experience.!! I ordered a pizza and 2 different pastas; every detail of every item was just superb. Seasoned well, cooked exactly how I requested, I edited each dish and all of it was perfect. I'm blown away
I always come here and order the chicken parmesan pasta, and honestly… it never misses! The chicken is super tender, topped with that perfectly melted cheese that just melts your soul 😍. The fettuccine is creamy just right, with broccoli adding a nice fresh touch to the dish.
The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is always friendly, and the food comes out fast exactly what you want when you’re hungry like a trucker 😅.
If you’re around the area and want something that tastes homemade but even better, Fat Ricky’s is a must-stop. 🍝🔥

Food could be good if it was served hot. I picked up dinner and waited 40 mins for it. When I got home 10 minutes later it was cold. How? I waited and didn’t complain because I thought at least the food would be fresh and hot. It was neither. The wings were cold and dry. The pasta was cold. Very disappointing.
