i was visiting my stepmom in romeoville and introduced her to the cheesesteak.. she really loved it. lately, she's been ordering from uber eats or sending my dad to pick up cheesesteaks. she has stage 4 lung cancer, and on days where she's weak and has no appetite, she said the only thing she wants AND craves is your cheesesteak.. i'd like to say thank you for doing amazing work!! truly a blessing!! 🙏

When food is ordered with NO pepper or oregano, and the sandwich is LOADED WITH BOTH, it makes for a lousy sandwich

The staff seemed a bit inexperienced and had trouble understanding the order. However, the Portabella mushroom & Swiss Sub was excellent.

I was never a fan of Jersey Mike’s or any sub place but since I’ve been Gluten Free it’s been a struggle finding fast food options. I got the #8 club sub on their gluten free sub and it was really good! But what I loved the most is that the employees were very cautious with cross contamination and wiping down the meat slicer and the whole area. Will definitely be going back.

Check your sandwich before you leave. I am old school classic Phil’s sandwich no peppers. Clearly told the young lady today 12/08/2023 between 3:50 pm and 5 :00 pm, no peppers (digestive- diverticulitis ). She acknowledged and yet put it on the sandwich. Whoever the owner is this needs to be addressed. You do not want to open yourselves to a lawsuits. Have not had this issue at other locations.
