This place is a hit or miss. My suggestion would be to order on Wednesday its 50% off any pizza. If ordering pan or deep dish order it well done or it will be soggy.

Horrible experience! Place was dirty, teenage kids running the place, standing around and doing nothing, first time I ever ordered. Got a message that the pizza was ready but when I got there, I had to wait a whole hour to get the pizza!!!It was dry, all dough and extremely overpriced! Ate 3 bites and threw it out! I will NEVER order from there again!

when i walked in no one was at the front, i waited over an HOUR for a 12 inch cheese pizza. the staff was just standing around eating food in the back. when i go to sit down the tables are absolutely filthy, trash is overflowing, and the floor is disgusting. absolutely terrible.

What an awful experience. I placed an order at 6:33 and didn’t receive it until 8:25. Over cooked and cold; they ran out of fries and substituted with cold soggy freezer burned tater tots. I called and complained. All they could do is say sorry and they had 10 delivery orders come in at the same time. Guess what, not my problem. Staff accordingly! Not even a, “here is a coupon for a free soda”. 1/2 of the pizza and all the tater tots in the trash. I just flushed 120 dollars down the drain. Second time I’m disappointed with them. This isn’t baseball, two strikes and you’re out. Yelp, here I come.

I would totally give 5 stars if they had some consistency. Sometimes the double dough pizza is absolutely perfect. Other times it's not double dough and there's barely any toppings. Overall taste is wonderful though!

If I could give it a ZERO I would! Ordered online for pickup at 6:15pm. We arrive and instantly the outside looks dark and dingy and is a ghost town. Should have taken this as a sign. 3 teens attempting to run the place, they say they don't have my order, then say "oh we do but um we're out of sausage." My phone number is in 3 different places, but no one could call me?!! This used to be our fave pizza place but man has it gone downhill. The Jimanos website does not even acknowledge this location and I understand why!! Please get your act together and bring back the pizza we love!! Until then..off to Macianos or Vita Bella! Please don't bother wasting your time! Plenty of other pizza places around!
I used to order from here frequently before moving out of the area. I just moved back and my first time ordering was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the scheduled time to pickup my pizza, the cashier took my payment and charged me. Then AFTER I was charged, I was told that they were out of ingredients and hadn't made the pizza yet. I was never called or notified. The employees were not very professional about the situation and even argued with me when I pointed out they should have called me. I used to love this place but I will absolutely not be back after that situation.**Editing on 10/14 to add, I did email the owner, per her request on 10/4. Ten days later she has yet to acknowledge or reply to my email in any way. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Really like this place and I order all the time. A few months ago, I don't know what happened, but you can't order online and pay with a credit/debit card anymore. It's now been MONTHS since this has happened. I like the ease of ordering online and I'm very antisocial so not having to call and talk to someone is a plus also. Not to mention there's a ton of deals offered by jimanos.... For online orders. Personally this has made me stop ordering from here. Like, c'mon man. Not being able to use a card online is unheard of nowadays. Please let me know when this is fixed and I'll start giving you my business again. Until then, I'm out.

This place is by my moms and we order occasionally. Today we ordered for lunch and we got the double dough, bread sticks and mozzarella sticks. Very satisfying and hit the spot. It was still nice and hot as well when it got here.

Terrible experience from ordering at Jimanos pizzeria. We had called in to put a order for 2 pizzas the " taste like Mexico" and another pizza for 70$!!! We went to pick it up and had to wait an extra 30 minutes waiting for are order. Got home went to eat the pizza already annoyed and we see the "taste like Mexico pizza" it was supposed to have ground beef in it and there was none. And the other pizza was burnt!! We called back to tell them how everything was messed up, and they said they would redo both of our pizzas . A while later they called back and said they had no ground beef! You would expect for the person who's taking you. order over the phone to tell you that they didn't have any ground beef. But they did not tell us. This experience with Jimanos pizza was Horrible!!!

Been going here 10+ years. Not the same anymore. Pizza was cooked right, but just missing that mouth watering flavor that kept you coming back for one more slice (lack of seasoning?). And you gett about 1 Italian sausage per slice.Ordered mostaccioli, didnt come with garlic bread as it says it does on menu. Wife went back in, was told they are out. Worker was gonna give a refund for meal but then the owner finally called back the worker (apparently workers there can only text the owner, cant call). Owner replied that garlic bread is "free" so we dont get refund. Yet no where on the online order does it say mostaccioli with free garlic bread.We are probably going to stay away from this location from here on out. Unfortunate as it was my favorite pizza.
