Drive thu is So slow. I ended up leaving without any food. I would go to a different kfc if possible.

Drive thru was closed due to wind damage so had to go in and order. With only one line open was really disappointed that sides were wrong and mashed potatoes had been replaced by cole slaw. Mashed potatoes are the best part and one order at a time shouldn’t be that hard to keep straight.

I ordered one value meal and sat in the drive-through for 12 minutes. The car in front of me had a large family order and they took 10 minutes just getting that order out. When I finally got to the window I suggested to the manager that they pull cars to help drive through time and she got an attitude with me and told me there were only two employees. Meanwhile I saw more employees walking around in the background. The manager also said to an employee “this guy says we should pull cars” in a sarcastic tone. Avoid this place!!

I order and pay online, and when I get there after more than 30 mins my order wasn't complete, I have to wait for 20 more mins ? ? ,very bad management.

I had a bad experience recently, when I ordered for dine in. The biscuits drop on the prep table and the lady server pick it up with her bare hand and I reprimand her and she keep denying it. I asked for a fork or spoon and the response was, we don’t have utensils. Not a good place to buy food.

Ordered online from this restaurant and went to pick it up and they had closed an hour earlier. Can you tell me why a restaurant would allow online orders if they are not open. Nothing like ordering you dinner, paying for it only to only not be able to pick it up. Have had issue with this location in the past but I wanted to give them another try but not again. Don't eat here.
Showed up to get some chicken to be told there was no original, crispy, or chicken tenders left. So exactly what is left to be sold? Took a hard pass and started to drive away from the building, when I looked back your employees were chilling on the customer side of the counter just sitting there. I guess the owner doesn't mind paying people to have their buts on the counter, instead of making food to sell. Don't believe me check the security cameras around 710 pm on 9-16-21.

Chicken were very dry. Double check your orders they will put different parts and stuff in your box. I ordered 2 thighs and 1 breast. They put leg and 2 very dry breast. I ordered small gravy they gave me mashed potato. ???

We have been to your business 3 times over the last few weeks. 1st time, 5:00 on a Thursday you didn’t have Chicken for the chicken sandwiches ( there’s a shortage sir. SMH), 2nd time you closed earlier than your website stated you would (9:00) and we were there at 6:49 pm!, the 3rd time was yesterday when you also closed early. How is it that you expect to run a business? We won’t be back and very much enjoyed Popeyes over KFC!

Every time I’m here they either get my order wrong or it’s old and smelly. I just left the drive-through they forgot my drink napkins hot sauce and spoons and They gave me coleslaw instead of mac & cheese I hate coleslaw. The last time I ever come to this location.
