Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Have a friend who drives trucks. Told me to try them. Up here no real brick and mortal, all seem inside gas-convinience stores.

Alright, it's a gas station/ convenience store with maybe 10% Krispy Krunchy. Forget atmosphere. Employee was outside not to be found or bothered. Forget service.
The gas station attendant had to help me. Even he said it's good but needs to be fresh.
I ended up with tenders that were sitting there for who knows how long. Yet they weren't bad. Seasoning wasn't really anything special ?.
I give everyone at least three chances. Maybe if there's an attendant and I can get fresh, I'll give them another chance. Until then, find someone else.

They are on the Krispy crunchy chicken website that they sell their product. So I'm driving there and I just get this idea to call and pre-order. So I call and he apparently has decided not to make chicken today. Not cool

It's a chicken place in a gas station but don't let that deceive you . The food is great and never once had an issue .

Just tried it for the first time. Ordered it on Uber Eats, from the Oswego,IL location. Food took forever, the uber driver called us said they didn't even have it ready when he arrived. Finally got to us, and the tenders were so dry you could hammer a nail into a piece of wood. Fries were rock hard, old and cold. Mashed potatoes were so sweet like they added sugar. Biscuits were so old they turned to powder when you took a bite, Mac and cheese was soupy and old. Beans and rice were awful as well. The fried chicken was dry like it was from the day before. If I could give it a 0 I would. What a waste of money, hope I don't get food poisoning. Just shut your restaurants down now. I should call a lawyer and sue for false advertising. Every bag and box says they make everything hot and fresh. I may just be petty and do that. Wouldn't feed this to my dog. Stay away.

I want to start out by saying I love Krispy however the romeoville store is in a gas station the food sits around for hours I usually go to the one in northlake Illinois and it's awesome the one in romeoville needs to be looked at by the management I don't recommend using that store like I said I love Krispy krunchy Chicken if you go to the right store

When I am in the Midwest this will ALWAYS be my go-to for chicken!!!

We ordered 20 wings for $19.99. The wings were good. We got 10 plain and 10 Buffalo. They made the wings fresh, so we had to wait 10-12 minutes for them to get ready. The staff were professional and polite.

Food is good, but service is sometimes slow, doesn't seem like any options for sides, none were offered
