Great neighborhood. Lots of shopping and restaurants around there. Great place to live. Family friendly atmosphere. Open spaces, a park for kids to play and a walking path. Right off of Weber Road.

A ton of rules in the community making you feel like youre living in an apartment building. Whats the point of owning a home. Infraction for having a motorcycle carrier IN MY DRIVEWAY, cant park my tractor truck in my driveaay, cant park my box truck in my driveway, cant store anything next to my house, or behind it.i guess its the neighbours that complain about all of this.. and on top of this you get to spend about $700 in fees a year for these enforcements. Want a fence? Nope.

My cousin moved to Lakewood Falls a few years ago. Unfortunately he did not realize that much of that community came from Cabrini-Green in Chicago when they shut it dow. Lots of violence, drugs and homes/condos being broken into. I was there for a visit and once night came I felt very uncomfortable. I thought I even heard a gun fire. I have 3 kids and I would never let them out of my site. I would never trust my kids to be alone in Lakewood Falls Sub division. Even during the day. It's a very unsafe area. Wish my cousin could move out. Looked like many drug deals going on as we left the area to go home.
