Ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday and when I picked it up, it was nice and the picture was visible. When we were about to cut the cake it looked like this and as a paying customer it is very disappointing!! I called the bakery and the lady over the phone made it seem like I was in the wrong and I was not trying to argue. I just wanted to see what could be done for this inconvenience, but she said she was too busy to “argue” with me and if I didn’t like the cake to go get my money back “ bye”,and that it was obvious that the picture was going to do that because it was made out of rice paper, I explained to her that’s something she should warn her customers about so this doesn’t happen! so if anyone orders a cake made from here make sure to ask about rice paper!!! So disappointed in the customer service here😡

We drive over 30 mins to buy Tres Leches cake from here! I can easily drive to Aurora or Wheaton which are close to us. Service is always nice, professional and friendly. Love that you get a small discount if paid in cash. Their bread is always fresh, but the Tres Leches cake is superb! It is moist without being too soggy and the texture is always consistent but the best part is that it is not overly sweet! Have tried both the regular and the mocha and sometimes it’s hard to decide which flavor is best. It is a small bakery but it’s always clean.

Today I really recommend this place to my friend and they bought tres leches cake for her dad's Bday also to let him know he will be a grandpa this is what they give to her. I can't understand what was written in the cake. You should train your associates in the right way. This cake was a mess and a waste of money.
