Terrible service at night. Went once to get coffee, and it was cold, had to ask them to put it in the microwave. Went again another day thinking it was just the crew that night, they forgot our straws, so we went around again, asked cashier, since there was a line, if she could get us straws, and she said “at the next window” as she proceeded to stand there and be on her phone.

They constantly mess up orders. Two days already they have messed up my mobile order they don’t read the tickets when you say to not add something and then ordered two kids meals and they didn’t give the fries for either meals this is not the first second or third time they have done this. They don’t fix the problem or anything when you go back to the store especially when food is made wrong. I am very disappointed in this location they don’t listen at all on the mic or read the tickets either

The coffee that I got was cold and not to the standard, i’m sure everyone knows how disappointing it is when you take your first sip of hot coffee and it’s warm you literally put your fingers in there and not get burn. I returned it and got the same thing back so I’m done visiting this location.
