Food is good, service is cool but the drinks. My best friend and I ate there and like we felt weird after the drinks, not to mention it was the second time it happened and now I am wonderin' what is goin' on with this place like why does this place had weird drinks but we still ate there

The morning crew absolutely suck. If you are a DoorDash, UberEats or a Grubhub driver, you can see the hate in the faces of the employees. If you come in, they will absolutely ignore you, and pretend that they do not see you. I am going to report that store to corporate, and hopefully some changes will be made. Just for the record, some of us understand Spanish, and I hear the sarcasm!!!

horrible experience and some disappointingly weird service from the crew working the lunch shift on 10/19 at 12:00pm for sure… can’t say that I’ve been cackled at before in a situation such as this, as if the woman at the window were a wicked witch, but I guess each day you encounter something new. or maybe halloween came early? idk but now, onto where it all started, we politely waited and noticed that the other lane was getting serviced before us and we had been there for awhile. so, we decided to try that speaker instead, to no avail as three other cars had then come and gone by the time we finally arrived to the ultimate decision to just pull up to the window to explain what was going on. to be met with laughter when receiving food items makes anyone highly uncomfortable as if it’s directed towards them. (also let it be known that talking/laughter CAN be heard through the drive through window… (as it’s just a thin piece of glass))

Snack wrap absolutely terrible there made smaller now and taste like shit nice job mcdonalds
Dude two days in a row a get a wrong order. Yesterday, I told them an iced caramel coffee and then got it wrong, after repeating my order. Today, I reorder thru the app so it won’t have an error and somehow they said my order did not go thru, I didn’t get my order and I got charged. The employee told me I was going to get refunded in 24 hours. (I hope so, because I’m going to come tomorrow again if I don’t get refunded). I got so pissed I left.

About 2 weeks ago. My wife and I went to order and spent around $35 for our order. Before leaving, due to past issues, we checked to make sure that we got everything. Good thing we checked asWe were missing a 1/4 pounder. When I told the cashier, he said he'd get his manager. He came back and said she said she didnt believe us and wanted the receipt AND THE BAGS OF FOOD. this was horrible. He cam back with the bags and missing burger. I asked to speak to the manager who's name was Liz or Lisa, who didn't apologize just said she up graded our frys. She didnt say a word about the stimulation even when I said I've never been so embarrassed. We left. Food was cold. We threw it out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE. The delay in reporting was because I've been very I'll and going through treatments.
