Dude two days in a row a get a wrong order. Yesterday, I told them an iced caramel coffee and then got it wrong, after repeating my order. Today, I reorder thru the app so it won’t have an error and somehow they said my order did not go thru, I didn’t get my order and I got charged. The employee told me I was going to get refunded in 24 hours. (I hope so, because I’m going to come tomorrow again if I don’t get refunded). I got so pissed I left.

About 2 weeks ago. My wife and I went to order and spent around $35 for our order. Before leaving, due to past issues, we checked to make sure that we got everything. Good thing we checked asWe were missing a 1/4 pounder. When I told the cashier, he said he'd get his manager. He came back and said she said she didnt believe us and wanted the receipt AND THE BAGS OF FOOD. this was horrible. He cam back with the bags and missing burger. I asked to speak to the manager who's name was Liz or Lisa, who didn't apologize just said she up graded our frys. She didnt say a word about the stimulation even when I said I've never been so embarrassed. We left. Food was cold. We threw it out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE. The delay in reporting was because I've been very I'll and going through treatments.

Although the place was clean and service was good my order was wrong. Fortunately I was able to check as I was waiting for my decaf coffee to be ready. Received 2 sausage MCMuffins without cheese when it was supposed to be two EggMcmuffins. I absolutely loathe Mc's sausage so glad I caught it.

Waited 25mins for my food, that's ridiculous, then it wasn't even good it tasted like it was a day old, I threw it out, I would of complained but I spent most of my break waiting for my food.
I didn't even order a deluxe dbl qtr pounder with cheese and it was the best one I've had in a while. Now that's how it's done! They take a bit to get your order but it's done right!

Whoever took my order today was completely rude. I tried to use my code for a free sandwich, and the girl who took my order said my code wouldn’t work. My app shows that they used my code. I proceeded to tell her this and she just had an attitude and told me that it’s not working. Didn’t even try to help me out or understand. I never really leave reviews, but whoever that girl was was straight up rude

Took a half hour to get a sausage muffin and a caramel frappe and they never give the receipt. this isn’t the first time this has happened save yourself the headache and bullshit experience. Not to mention how many other vehicles they served first is ridiculous.
