The staff at this location are always helpful, kind, and courteous. However, I was dissatisfied with my last order due to the portion size. I came in with a coupon that said buy one bowl get one free from their app. The amount of chow mein and orange chicken in my bowls were not filling for an average adult. Normally, when I come, I do receive full plates. This was not the case this time.

Food is always fresh. In the last 3 weeks I’ve been there 3 times and every time the staff was friendly.
I got food poisoning and i’ve been throwing up all day and night. don’t reccomend ! I got a plate with fried rice and extra orange chicken.

Went in for a quick food since i dont want to cook nor make anything. Ordered Teriyaki Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp. The manager or whoever it was said it will be couple minutes so i said ok i’ll wait. Next thing i know i went home with out a “honey walnut shrimp” Welp i guess ending this year with a 1 star review. Will not ever order in this place 😀

The rice wasn't cooked very well,I could still taste grain in it. The Chow mein wasn't good at all it has less flavor and noodles were cut in small pieces, noodles supposed to be long. I go to Panda Express a lot but the location in Romeoville need more experience cooks.
Just uhhh... the rice was crunchy and so was the teriyaki. You guys can do a lot better stop being lazy.....

2nd time now that they were really skimpy and I hate ordering something when they are at bottom of bowl. They scrape it and give it and should just order more and wait. Very disappointing lately, not really friendly greeters anymore and don’t seem to care much. It’s cheaper to go to Dragon light and get more. It’s just fast but expensive but getting skimpy with the entrees just not feeling it’s worth it anymore
