Been trying to call them and they cut the call after picking up. I had gotten a bowl and a chownein and both me and my husband had a terrible stomach ache with bad diarrhea. I also had to wait 19+ minutes for cheese rangoon and they forgot to even start coming it. They were all talking and having s good time and hence they forgot to even start cooking the rangoons. Very upset

This is the third time I get food poisoning from this Panda Express - The difference in years between each time was 2022, 2023, and now 2025.
I travel for work. The company flew me out from the beginning of June until a few days ago.
I enjoy eating work lunch at Panda when I travel because of its prices and food. I had lunch here everyday until the last week because of getting food poisoned again. Like the other times,
I honestly do not understand why!! They are so nice and so welcoming, but I always get food poisoning from this place - Please make sure stuff is properly cooked and maintained!!

This restaurant is the worst in customer service, rudeness and complete disrespect towards their customers. They dont make fresh food during normal operating hours, just for the sake that they can leave early without any regard to their customers. The staff feels it is appropriate to discuss problems they dont want to resolve in front of others. This place is a disaster, no management, ignorant staff! Beware this is typical garbage for a 1 star food restaurant that employs lazy, rude workers.

The staff at this location are always helpful, kind, and courteous. However, I was dissatisfied with my last order due to the portion size. I came in with a coupon that said buy one bowl get one free from their app. The amount of chow mein and orange chicken in my bowls were not filling for an average adult. Normally, when I come, I do receive full plates. This was not the case this time.
