I don’t know why I continue to go to this location, every time I do they get something wrong with my order. It’s always the manager, not the other employees. Last experience, the Manager argued with me about what I ordered. He charged me the correct order but gave me the wrong items and then told me I didn’t order it correctly. The time before this one, he couldn’t manage to count to eight I ordered an eight piece and got seven pieces and when I called, he said i’ll get you next time you come in. I said no I’ll come get it now. He tried to bribe me with extra free items if I would leave a five star review.

10/24 Placed my order, paid for it. Received an email confirming the pick up time eta. Arrived at the site was told we're closed get your refund through the app. When I tried to request a refund on the app, I was unable to because my order was in the process of being made. That was my dinner for a 10 hour shift, extremely poor service.

Do not expect much from this place, ordered 16 spicy family chicken, nothing was right, had to go back inside to get the rest of our order that was missing. I get home and realize I didn’t get one of my sides and the chicken was not spicy. All the kids working there do not care.

It's a new restaurant, so it's clean. The staff was very friendly. The cashier helped us pay less for our order because she knew there was a promotion we didn't know about. Thank you for saving us money. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich, but they made a mistake with his order. He told the cashier what happened. She asked for his receipt and gave him the correct chicken sandwich.

I left this location about an hour and a half ago, and I received amazing customer service. I met the store and assistant manager tonight and they made my night. Thank God they got rid of some of the old staff and brought these men on bored. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again guys.

Went through drive up just to grab some fries and an iced tea. I could barely hear the person taking the order through the speaker. I kept having to ask them to repeat themselves. When I pulled up to the window I understood why. He was wearing a mask! How do you expect anyone to hear or understand you through a mask? He also was very cold and rude. Handed me my receipt without even looking at me. Got the order, no have a good day or anything. Noticed there were no napkins so I had to ask for them. Gave me 3 and again, no thank you or other words spoken. Literally gave me the total and never said another word. Fries were cold. Unacceptable service and food!
