Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a three piece white with mashed potatoes and I ordered a three-piece spicy chicken tenders. Everything was cold and the chicken tenders was old. And this was lunch time. Management Very poor. So if I can give them zero stars 0 for me never go back there again.

This place needs more control in the kitchen, the wait is very long! It will be the first and last time I eat here.

The Chicken was hard and not cut right so the breast's lacked meat and had more bone
It was lukewarm...I am so done. I spent 31.00 and some change. Not cool at all!

I like this location. But please fix the soda machine. I got carbonated water instead of sprite. Very disappointing when going for a sip of a "NOT TO REFRESHING" drink.

I should’ve cooked at home.

Terrible location just like the one that is about 3 miles away from here. I ordered a 2 pc spicy chicken combo and a 3 piece spicy. I received a small box which i believe was supposed to be the 2 pice and there was no biscuit. There was a larger box and this one only had 2 pcs. Also i ordered spicy but the food was not spicy.

I waited a few minutes for someone to even speak at the drive thru then the order took them around 10 minutes to prepare.

Although the staff is incompetent, i put the blame on the popeyes company and their executives who do not care about the quality of their restaurant, food, and customer service.

This place has the worst service!!!. They have the a nasty ass kid who hates his job and doesn't wanna work there... popeyers, you really need to do better for yourself.... you got kids who are probably spitting in our drinks.

I’m not sure why this location only gets 2.9 stars. They are awesome! I have gone to both Joliet/Cresthill locations. They both always look dirty. On Larkin I ordered all white and got dark. When I called & explained the manager hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the ph again. I called and sent a email to corporate & NO ONE EVER reached out.
I STARTED GOING TO THE ROMEOVILLE LOCATION. The service is superb, it’s ALWAYS clean,m…my daughter even made a comment about how clean it is…and the manager, JOHNNY, is awesome!
My order was messed up. HE DIDN’T hesitate to accommodate me. He was apologetic & replaced my order. This is the first Popeyes in the area that’s ever treated me with the same respect I give. I haven’t even gotten that from the Popeyes corporate office! I’m a huge fan of Popeyes but I like to be respected. I will drive right pass the Cresthill and Joliet locations and go all the way to Romeoville to get the quality and respect that Johnny AND his team gave me! The way everyone treated me was a great reflection of the man in charge! I don’t usually write reviews but this one was worth my time! THANKS JOHNNY AND YOUR TEAM! Keep up the good work!

I usually don’t write reviews but the girl taking my order was having trouble hearing me and got my order incorrectly. Errors do happen and I want to say that the manager or young man who I spoke to he handled it great. The team was very nice, polite and respectful. I have been to other restaurants and even the corporate office doesn’t handle it as well as this team did. Best customer service I’ve experienced. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I came through the drive thru on a Sunday night around 9:30. There was a black girl who took my order and denied me pickles stating they don’t sell them? But this isn’t my first time ordering them so I’m guessing her lazy self didn’t want to get them .. then when I received my order I was missing a fry the chicken was bad and not fresh it was overall a waste of $16. Poor service and poor food

Great chicken always. But the service no where near where it needs to be. We got home and of course I was missing a complete meal. All we ask is to get our order correct we are paying for it and no it was not busy at all at 9pm. I guess we have to their job and check everything before we drive off. Won’t be stopping by anytime soon.
