Love me some Popeyes from the one over by White Castle. The manager is a great lady. She’s fast she’s knowledgeable and she is always very nice 👍

Pretty good fried chicken and I would have given them 5 stars but they got rid of the Cajun rice.
Why oh why can't an order ever be correct? Had ordered 2 full size spicy chicken wings and received a regular drum stick and thigh instead. Did not receive the 2 regular chicken tenders that came as part of the shrimp combo meal. My chicken sandwich top bun was smashed flat and had barely any mayo on the sandwich. No receipt was given. This is not the first time I've had an issue at this location but it will be the last. Not worth the cost for the product provided.

I ordered 2 of the $6 box meals. I got the breaded chicken that goes on the sandwiches. I live an hour away and called the mgr and he said bring the food back and we will fix it and hung up on me.

I placed an order online, and after being informed that they were out of bone-in wings—a key part of my order—I requested a partial refund. They told me this had to be handled online, but the online system wouldn't allow me to make any changes since it's all automated. As a result, I was forced to accept the order with boneless wings, which I did not want. Neither the in-store manager nor the online service provided any assistance. It's very disappointing that such a simple request as a partial refund couldn’t be accommodated. The manager even refused to come to the front to speak with me, instead sending an employee to tell me it could only be done online.
Before placing an order, make sure to do it in-store because any changes won't be handled there, and you'll end up getting the runaround.

This person was extremely rude there was no one behind me and I was trying to take my time seeing what I wanted and they kept pressureing me to order then I pull up to the window and she's like well I can't take your order at the window I'll be filing a complaint with corporate on this person too
