I’ve been to a few different locations with this one never seem to understand Italian beef with cheese that they forget or use the smallest amount of cheese when adding to the sandwich and then it’s barely melted. I’ve tried the order a few times over the course of a year, but it’s always the same.

The service was quick, but that doesn't mean it'll be good or even correct, went there and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich easy mayo everything on it and onions, got a cold borderline uncooked piece of chicken, went back, reordered it, and got whatever this is, my order was just wrong both times

Need to edit review, I went back and had great service. The drive thru staff were polite and very professional. They must got rid of the bad one. 👍🏻(Been going for years, great food and usually great service. Last two times very rude drive thru personal.)

I used to go here fairly regularly, but ever since they remodeled, they put their drinks behind the counter and their prices are expensive. $34 for two people.

Ordered 2 large chocolate malts and they tasted more like unflavored vanilla milkshakes...very disappointing. $16 for 2 large milkshakes is a rip off.

Simply put, they serve great food. I generally get the gyro or breaded steak sandwich. On this trip, I requested a char dog because hot dogs taste best when cooked on a grill. Man that was gooooood.

My wife and I had dinner at Pops in Romeoville. Ordered Italian beef, hamburger and hot dog. Italian beef was dry and lacked flavor. Hamburger was small and cold. Hot dog was just average, nothing special. Asked for fries to be extra crispy but were mostly whiteish and what I consider undercooked. Total cost of food with two soft drinks was $32.00. Won’t be going back. Unfortunate because I was a big fan of the Pops in Tinley Park and ate there often.

The man here messed up our order and was extremely rude and needs to be fired! This happened on March 12th around 4pm. Mid twenties dark hair man, at window drive thru. Then we called when order was wrong we
called and was hung up on by what sounded like the same guy
