This Starbucks has been consistently disappointing. The last three times I’ve visited, my drink has been either extremely bitter or overly milky. There seems to be no quality control, and even when I clearly explain my order, it’s still made incorrectly. I don’t experience this issue at other Starbucks locations. Definitely will not return.
The female employee was very rude and disrespectful, ignored me as a customer while waiting with only one customer in the store, and as I was walking out started laughing rudly

is my order while I was leaving Ross, and when I arrived, my drink was ready for me. The employees were polite. The atmosphere of this location was pretty calm. I got the pecan crunch oat milk latte and it was so good.

I went through the drive-thru and was quickly on my way. I ordered ahead online, and everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, and that first sip of coffee brightened my day a little more. ☀️
I got the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte with Pumpkin Cold Foam and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder—absolutely delicious. 😌🎃

Stephanie is by far the worst barista I’ve come across. She seems super entitled and talks to customers with really poor attitude. I’d rather go to the next Starbucks

Came here to order a sandwich real quick. I was hungry and in a time pinch. I tried ordering ahead but the app for some reason showed order ahead not available. So I get there to the drive thru, they didn’t have the sandwich I was asking for, fine ordered another one. I get to the window and stand there for 10 mins, getting ignored thru their closed window. The staff couldn’t even greet me and take my payment. I watched them taking more orders and then walk off to make coffees for people behind me all while I was still there waiting to be greeted and to pay and get my order. I waved to one of them after some time and it was Stephanie who saw me wave but still ignored me and got on the computer to take another order. After she finally opened the window I asked what’s going on? No greeting, I’m waiting for 10 mins, watching them complete orders for people behind me, Stephanie kept asking me to repeat myself and saying what. I asked if she’s having trouble understanding and she accused me of being racist. Is it so hard to say hello take a payment and give someone their simple order? Can’t take accountability when a customer gets upset for waiting and being ignored on top of it.

Bought a refresher and they refused to give me a refill of ice tea. Barista said for the refill we can only get black coffee. Drinks I ordered was good but not the service. I have always got the refill so not sure what the real truth is.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times. Sometimes the mobile order is ready super fast, and the staff—especially at the drive-thru—is really friendly. But yeah, it can get busy and you might have to wait a bit. Overall, it's solid when you need a coffee on the go.
Sabotage loyalty by offering a free refill promotion with a bunch of fine print that makes numerous exceptions to being able to use it. I thought Starbucks was trying to refocus on getting customers back to their cafes.

Julia or Julie who is a supervisor was very rude yesterday, not only to myself but to other people at the store. She is not on brand with the Starbucks way and I cannot believe Starbucks hired someone on such a power trip.
