I’ve been coming to this location for a few years & the past few months I’ve noticed a huge difference. My drinks aren’t made correctly or extremely inconsistent - for the high prices I kinda expect consistent drinks. Sometimes I order ahead & my drink isn’t ready most times. The workers don’t greet, or seem welcoming. I’ll stand wait for my drink to be made & I’ll be on my phone politely waiting & it seems like they’re annoyed that I’m waiting? But I literally order ahead & it’s not ready so I just wait 😭😭😭 the Dunkin’ Donuts location literally 30 seconds down the street is soooooo sweet & quick service, greets you & they’ll ask if I’m waiting for order if I come inside to do a drink pick up

Just not a fan of overpriced coffee. I've never been here, but I got the option to give my point of view.
I never complain but today I got an iced white chocolate macho it’s an iced coffee because I thought it was gonna be free because that’s what It said on the app it never specified what’s not included I just don’t understand why it wasn’t they need to specify what’s not Incuded so there’s so confusion the lady at the drive through said I got an iced latte but I didn’t I got a tall iced white chocolate mocha

Why is it these young kids can not get an order right. Two days in a row we've been there and both days they couldn't get an order completely right. And they are so much more interested in talking about their life than actually interacting with their customers and making sure they want to come back.
