They do NOT open at 4:30 they opened at 5am. I was late to work dealing with this crap. Placed a mobile order set to be ready by 4:40am. Store completely dark. I watched every worker get out of their car and walk in at 5am on the dot. This is not ok. Update your online hours and stop allowing in app purchases before you open. I only stuck around because it was pre paid and getting a refund probably would’ve been a nightmare

I visit a lot of Starbucks stores since my job requires me to commute to various places but this store is by far the best Starbucks i have visited! The girls here are on top of it, super friendly, efficient and make sure drinks are made correctly. I really enjoy stopping here to get my coffee when I work in Romeoville. 100% recommend!! 🫶🏼💯

I dont like to complain but this time i got really mad because i bought 2 capuchinos and one of them was empty and they both taste burn and nasty i was very un happy with my purchase never again ill buy a capuchino after stirring my coffe 😡
