This is ridiculous, we ordered food while in the parking lot and we received cold food. Most of our food was barely even filled like it should have been. Never going back

Clearly asked for 10 fire sauce amd only received 3. That's unacceptable, especially when they are self serve inside usually. That's disrespectful and if places wanna be that petty about hot sauce then one star reviews need to continue and hopefully there put out of business for they petty behavior

I am not kidding when I say that my friend got her order and you could already smell that something was off. The closest I can describe it to is rancid wet dog food. Also, a piece of my chicken was black. No ice at the drink station either. The Taco Bell on Weber road has ants but at least the food is good.

I am new to the area and wanted some taco bell. I walked inside and used the touch screen to place my order. However, I selected to pay with cash so I had to wait for a cashier to confirm my order before they would even make it. This is where the problems arose. They had me waiting for over 40 minutes for a cashier. I even made eye contact with the workers over 5+ times as they would enter and leave the freezer. I was contemplating going to another taco bell and I probably should have. I was standing there long enough to know all the drama about the workers boyfriends. The only reason why they eventually served me was because four other people walked in and were waiting to be served behind me. Will NEVER come back unless you just want to waste your time.

Food had like no meat like they are rationing, you used to be able to get a 5 layer burrito for under $2 now they charge almost $5 for the same item and give you less than what you got before do better!
Alittle disappointed. Everywhere I can find it says breakfast is served untill 11:00. Stopped in at 10:30 and was told they was not serving breakfast anymore.

Tonight was my first time at this newer location. I picked up my mobile order and then placed an additional order for an extra item while I was there. I got 5 items for me and my friends ~ and 5 respective sides of nacho cheese. (1 side per item)
so as I'm getting my extra item from the front counter worker - tell me why the other worker in the back thought it was cute or funny to comment on my order... "did you also let them know they ordered 5 SIDES OF CHEESE?"
Next time please just say "here's your order, ew" :)
And then..! they barely even filled them anyways. Like, they pretty much split the portion of 1 amongst 5 separate containers. Each is $1... I'll add a pic for reference. You tell me if this container is worth $1. Lololol
Also also they didn't mark the difference between the baja blast zero and the regular.
Crunch wrap still bomb though ??

Never got food. They told me I had to order through the robot, but it was not working. Press the screen nothing happened. Restarted it same issue. No one at the counter to help. Used the bathroom and left. Very clean bathroom.
