Lady at the counter was hard to corporate with and barely spoke English, got our orders right but ordered one of the same biggie bag meal three times. Ended up leaving by paying way more for food we didn't need which sucks. Didn't help when I asked for ketchup and gave me like four small packets minimum. The chicken sandwich was good at least.

It's a Wendy's. Everyone there is overworked and underpaid, so I can't be too mad. But general observevations just wanted me to inform about the mess of the open kitchen and unprofessionalism of the current staff. Again overworked and underpaid, but like I don't feel comfortable eating there again.

“I was made to wait over 15 minutes, only to receive the wrong items. While I waited, my ice cream melted in the car. They gave me the wrong salad, the wrong sandwich, and cold fries. I also ordered cheese fries, but the staff said it wasn’t included in my order, even though I know I added it.”

Mobile order picked up via drive thru (only 3 items ordered) & did not receive 10 piece spicy nuggets. Went back through drive thru. No apology, and had to wait with only 1 other car in line.
Only been to wendys once in the last couple of years. Go today and get a double stack and what do i get a burger with only ketchup and mustard. I might not be coming back for another 2 years. These mistakes are why I stopped going.

This Wendy's is trash! Literally waited 12 mins in drive thru for a breakfast sandwich and potato wedges. And I was the first in line. I just pulled away since I was un a hurry and never got my food. Horrible service!
