I work at a FedEx nearby and for the past 6

months I haven’t anything to complain about. My “lunch break” is at about 5pm everyday and I’ll typically get Wendy’s here around 1-3x a week. The staff are quick and efficient while also being hospitable. Moreover I always leave full and with no buyers remorse While it’s possible I’m biased because I’m just simply very hungry from my long shift, I’m appreciative, nonetheless.

Staff is great! Foods over priced but that’s not new. My main concern is we had a snow storm and 48 hrs after the owner of this location DIDNT have the parking lot or drive through plowed it’s very dangerous and super icy now. I cant believe your staff has to walk across that to get the car. Not to mention how many elders come here to this location. You want miss sue slipping and busting her hip because Wendy’s was too cheap to make the lot safe? I doubt it it would be one hell of a lawsuit

We like it but I’m not likening this new AI thing to order just not use to it. It doesn’t understand and always asks to repeat. Reminds me when we call customer service line and never understands anything! Takes longer than needed

I don't eat fast food often, but when in a crunch, we prefer Wendy's. This Wendy's in particular hasn't let us down in accuracy or quality. What prompted me to leave this review is my 2nd interaction with the manager or supervisor. He apologized for the wait due the drive-thru line and I remember him doing this another time as well. This seems like a small gesture, but the positive customer service experience in fast food is underrated.

I work in romeoville, and show up to work 45 mins early everyday. Today I stopped by Wendy’s and on my way there I MADE A MOBILE ORDER. Mind you I showed up right before the rush cause there was a loop of cars in back of me @ 5:22pm. And only 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up. The drive thru workers (there was 2 people) only took one cars order, pulls them to the front takes like 10-15 for them to get their food and pull off. By the time I made it to the front it was 5:37pm, I went straight up to the window since they were taking longer than expected, and explained to them I had a mobile order, and then I came straight to the window cause no one was answering the drive thru when I told him hi I have a mobile order. THEY TRIED TO SEND ME ALL THE WAY AROUND AND SAYING SINCE I DIDNT WAIT FOR THEM TO TELL ME TO PROCEED TO THE WINDOW! Then instead of them making me go all the way around, they told me to park in the very front of the store and they would bring it out. I HAD TO WAIT FOR 3 MORE CARS to get there food and it’s already 5:55pm I proceeded to walk out my car and into the Wendy when they barely gave me my order. I’m not one to make reviews but ITS SUPPOSE TO BE FAST FOOD NO? and me making a mobile order is suppose to make it faster and more convenient for ME AND THE STORE?! So I just don’t understand why I got treated the way I did. And YALL FOR GOT MY STRAW AND SAUCES ! Sorry Wendy’s y’all gotta due better not even McDonald’s gives me problems when my mobile order 😭
