Horrible service the Hindu lady was the manager was very rude! She saw we were in line for 10 minutes and when it was our turn she yelled at the young man working and told him don’t take there order! No more orders! Let them use the kiosk very rude! Please go somewhere else. Food was dry and nasty too. Ugh 😣

Training needs to be had. They will look at you like you are a problem not a customer. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at this specific store, but also a lot of good ones. Today placed an order through app for pickup. They had me pull up and forgot I was in line (or something must have happened but did not specify) told me to go around front. The right thing to do was what they said and bring out my burger/drink. But what actually happened was they continued a rush finished about 10 cars in line before I got out of my car to ask them where it was? Not a great feeling to be waiting for your food in line, then have to wait again for a rush to finish for your order to be made.

I am simply writing this for other consumers to be prepared when going to this establishment and hopefully for improvement.

Parking: You will be extensively parked for waiting meals.

Went at night around 12 and my food was very old. Fries no salt, no straws. Special instructions ignored. Don’t go at night. People talk to you as if they your friend or some.

They are slow as molasses . How do you have a line and still serve cold food. They have to speed it up most people that come to this restaurant are warehouse workers with limited time. Start serving fresh food this is the motto any way

This Wendy's fell off bad. About 2 years ago or so they made food food now they give soggy bacon on a backonator, no salt on fries, breakfast sandwiches seem like they're pre-made and not ordered fresh. I'm so disappointed in this Wendy's now. Just shut it down

Messed up my order multiple times, Cold food. Rude and incompetent employees. Not a fan. Everyone giving 5 stars is crazy! I've given this place so many chances and at different times of the day. They suck 24/7.

Disgusting food service. None of them wear gloves or hair net while preparing food. Also, have been waiting for more than 20 min in line and there's many people already and none of the employees even let us know that they will be there soon but just watch us and do their work. While I placed an order for spicy chicken, I got an order for regular chicken and when I realized this after going home, they don't even lift the calls.

This store's Manager should be ashamed with this kind of customer service training and they need to bring new staff here. Never going back here again.
