Sign and website say they open at 6:00 am. Arrive at 6:10 on several days and they are not open.
No one in the building, honked horn twice, called the number, nothing.

Horrible service the Hindu lady was the manager was very rude! She saw we were in line for 10 minutes and when it was our turn she yelled at the young man working and told him don’t take there order! No more orders! Let them use the kiosk very rude! Please go somewhere else. Food was dry and nasty too. Ugh 😣

Training needs to be had. They will look at you like you are a problem not a customer. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at this specific store, but also a lot of good ones. Today placed an order through app for pickup. They had me pull up and forgot I was in line (or something must have happened but did not specify) told me to go around front. The right thing to do was what they said and bring out my burger/drink. But what actually happened was they continued a rush finished about 10 cars in line before I got out of my car to ask them where it was? Not a great feeling to be waiting for your food in line, then have to wait again for a rush to finish for your order to be made.

I am simply writing this for other consumers to be prepared when going to this establishment and hopefully for improvement.
