Customer service was terrible. Had to wait about 30 minutes just for 10 wings. Another customer came in and ordered well after me and got there food before me.. another customer there before me also went up and asked why his order was taking so long . They don't seem to know how to complete phone orders and Uber orders with in-store orders so everyone just waits and waits. Prefer to drive to Joliet location. Don't go to the romeoville location.

Update : This used to be my favorite place. Not anymore. The wings were not made right, and I was given bad veggie sticks. Also, the fries were not seasoned.
Went to eat at this location an hour and a half before they closed, tried to sit down to dine in, and was told dine in was closed for the day, but nowhere was dine in hours posted. Had a hard time even trying to get my complete order. Or even as simple as a cup of ranch.

I can’t say enough positive things about this location. The staff are always friendly and my order is always right. We have a Wing Stop less than 5 minutes away from our house but I drive the additional 10 minutes to this location because they never fail. Our wings are always fresh, fries are always hot. I am a very picky eater and I ask for my wings to be cooked a certain way and without fail this location always delivers! Don’t second guess it, stop by this location today.

Unacceptable Service, Lost Money and No Food
I work third shift and placed an order with Wingstop to be delivered at 8:30 PM. The order was supposed to arrive by 9:25 PM, but it never did. I repeatedly tried contacting the DoorDash driver, but got no response. When I called the Wingstop store, they refused to help deliver the food I PAID for, they offered a refund that would take 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS. It’s now Friday, so I can expect my refund by next Friday. We have security and cameras at my workplace, and the food was never delivered.
I’m now out $48 and stuck without anything to eat at work. This is completely unacceptable, and I expected better service from both Wingstop and DoorDash. Please address this issue immediately.
