i ordered online 2 roast beef sandwiches and they gave me ham. They told a different costumer that there is no more beef at the moment but never me. If i knew i was getting a ham sandwich i wouldn’t have gone. Not only i didn’t get the sandwich i wanted, but i also lost money now. It would be great for the staff to tell the costumers what they switch with because you never know i could’ve been allergic to ham and sued…

Brandi was amazing she helped me with a really big order for 27 people. And they rocked it! They did forget a few things but that's to be expected when you have a order 27 different meal items but they were friendly and I did get my missing items! So thank you arbys and thank you Brandi! Yall rocked it!

Update: Received poor food quality again, and multiple missing items with our most recent order this time. I actually just said and showed the others, that "this is the worst looking lettuce (thin, hard, no color), amount, and placement that I have ever seen on a sandwich ever, in my entire life, ever". And that is a true statement.
I don't know why we keep giving this Arby's more chances. Avoid this location if you want a good experience.

Food Poisoning Report: We went through the drive through of this store for Christmas Eve dinner on our way to be with family for a Christmas Eve Service in Wisconsin. My husband was the only one to eat the roast beef and he was violently sick within 2 hours! Today is Christmas Day, and he is still in bed.
Please take precautions to prevent this from happening to others.

They open at 10am. I ordered beef sandwiches thru the ap at 10:20 Areived approx 10:20. They tell me at drive thru they have no beef available. At least 15-20 min wait. And informed I cant just cancel and get my money returned thru the app..its 3 day wait for the charge to be reversed. So i take them up on the 15- min wait. They should have just given mey cash back out of the drawer to be decent. Now im waiting and wasting my time on my dime. This shit better be hot and fresh, and it would hurt for you to throw in a coupon or something extra for my extra long wait because you dont know how to be set up and ready to open your store on time! 15MINS GIVE OR TAKE. HERE IT IS. 1035AM BEEF IS READY. Trust me this food and this service is really not worth the frustration and my time. VERY DISAPPOINTED. BUT THEY DID THROW IN SOME CURLY FRIES I DID NOT REQUEST.. SO THERE IS THAT.
