I don’t think there is an Arby’s within a 50 mile radius with more of an attitude problem. The distain that the woman in the drive-through had for me, slamming my Arby’s and horsey sauce in the bag like I asked her to do me something out of the norm! I am surprised the bag didn’t rip! My husband used to work down the street for 11 years and ultimately stopped eating there, even though there are only two other fast food choices because of the attitude. I didn’t even get the right food but I’m eating it because asking for sauce was met with such anger that I’m afraid of what would happen if I reminded them they aren’t perfect and they got my order wrong. Yikes!

It truly was an impeccable and breathtaking human experience. From the very start of waking through the doors to running to the bathroom with diarrhea, truly every person needs to try this food made at this very establishment. In fact, Arthur was very helpful in helping me order my food (which later messed with my IBS). Although near the end, my tummy started to rumble and I remembered my IBS. With impeccable speed, I charged into the public restrooms at the establishment. Lucky Arthur assisted me in my frivolous attempts of releasing my bowels. He looked up at me, his eyes glistening with determination, “We will make it through, together.” We stayed in the bathroom for another half hour, determined to wait out my IBS. Then, I was finally able to depart after I had created a massacre of destruction and despair in that poor porcelain thrown. We waved goodbye to each other knowing the hardships we both experienced together.

i ordered online 2 roast beef sandwiches and they gave me ham. They told a different costumer that there is no more beef at the moment but never me. If i knew i was getting a ham sandwich i wouldn’t have gone. Not only i didn’t get the sandwich i wanted, but i also lost money now. It would be great for the staff to tell the costumers what they switch with because you never know i could’ve been allergic to ham and sued…

Brandi was amazing she helped me with a really big order for 27 people. And they rocked it! They did forget a few things but that's to be expected when you have a order 27 different meal items but they were friendly and I did get my missing items! So thank you arbys and thank you Brandi! Yall rocked it!

Update: Received poor food quality again, and multiple missing items with our most recent order this time. I actually just said and showed the others, that "this is the worst looking lettuce (thin, hard, no color), amount, and placement that I have ever seen on a sandwich ever, in my entire life, ever". And that is a true statement.
I don't know why we keep giving this Arby's more chances. Avoid this location if you want a good experience.
