Ordered avocado on my salad ($1.25 extra, ok no biggie) and they only give you two thin slices. They said it was 1/4 of an avocado. I asked for a little more and they said it would be another $1.25. No thanks. Don't tell me that it's more than it is. Just give people what they are paying for.

I think I’m finally done with this beefaroo. There could be only one car or seven in front of me zor I could order inside at the counter—it does not matter. Il the wait times are unreasonable. I would prefer they stop giving out free drink coupons long waits. And just fix the problem with what ever causes this specific beefaroo to operate so slow.

I really don't wanna leave this review bc the staff was super friendly in the drive thru but this sandwich was disgusting. I guess I can't even call it that bc I didn't eat it. It was inedible. Covered in.... something... grease maybe? The outside of the sandwich, the wrapper, everything was WET. I picked up the sandwich and it literally dripped with whatever it was covered in. Gross. It was a roast beef with Swiss that I've had at other locations but this was not what it usually is.

Hamburger was paper thin and crispy like a potato chip. My son couldn’t even bite into the grilled cheese the brought was so tough. Highly disappointed.
I used to love Beef-a-roo, what happened? I know they were sold but why would you mess with a good thing. There burgers are now smash burgers and soooo greasy. The paper wrapping was drenched. Cheesy fries and onion rings still good but for the price I expect a better burger!

Third time here and I don't anticipate returning. The building and service are fine but the food quality let me down all 3 times. I would prefer Arby's to this beef sandwich. Fries and burgers are also strictly mediocre, even the soda from the dispensers tasted musty. Cost cutting in their ingredients is evident. Clean restroom though. (Edited to 1 star after this meal ruined my evening with cramps and diarrhea. Thanks a lot. ) Won't return to any of these places.
