This restaurant was a little expensive for the food. $12 for a meal deal. The food here is not as good as it used to be. This includes all the Burger Kings. Their hamburgers used to taste a lot better.

This place was great they had a Whopper flame broiled like they used to I'm in the Rockford region and this Roscoe Burger King is the only place that flame Broyles the hamburgers that I have found Auto places just put the hamburgers in the microwave and they cook them that way I haven't been to Burger King in a couple of years due to that fact I wanted to call up Burger King and tell them how good this was and all I got was I had to leave a message by text nobody answers the phone at Burger King they have no customer service line if you can believe it if it wasn't for this place I wouldn't even eat a a Whopper I stopped eating McDonald's because it's all they fry everything and it's it's just it go to their website and see what they fry their food in it's all those seed oils that give you inflammation it doesn't bother you if you're 12 but if you're in your 50s or 60s it starts adding up they took everything off their menu that they they don't fry everything they they make is fried me and my wife started we just stopped eating out it's just all the crap that they put in the food and what they cook this stuff and it's just ridiculous this place is the place to go if you really want a good hamburger they're excellent truly oh I still drink the iced tea at McDonald's you guys always try and cut down on so much soda it's all sugar salt

Well I was really disappointed with my visit this time maybe the lady was just having a bad day idk but anyway I would like to call for false advertising on the new HTTYD meal its advertised as a meal but this place charged for all sepertate items! It even showed the sundae in the meal with the firey mozzarella sticks but nope all seperate and didn't get any of that. Anyway pretty disappointed didn't even come with the dragon like others I seen did.

Employees in back cussing while waiting along time for our food. My son ordered a wrap and someone in back instantly yelled I hope they know they will be waiting awhile for that wrap. Service is awful. Employees are awful. Language in back is awful. Won’t be back

*Disappointing Experience at Burger King* I recently visited my local Burger King and was shocked by the subpar service and inflexible policies.
My food took 25 minutes to prepare, which is unacceptable for a fast-food chain. It was not busy.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to order dessert at 6 p.m., four hours before closing, I was informed that cookies were no longer available. The excuse? "We don't make cookies at 6 p.m." The employee claimed it takes 16 minutes to prepare, but I know that's not true.
The manager's attitude was dismissive and rude, clearly indicating a lack of interest in serving customers. When questioned about the cookie policy, the response was defensive and unhelpful.
Until Burger King addresses these issues, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

9/5/24 At approximately 9:15pm I ordered via drive through at my local Burger King (Roscoe, IL) 8pc Chicken Nugget + 1 vanilla ice cream cone. The ice cream was ok. The nuggets are the reason I’m leaving this post. This is NOT OK. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves. The employee that bagged these nuggets should seriously consider a career change before they cause illness due to their lack of food prep and awareness skills. I would NEVER serve, or treat another person in any way I wouldn’t want to be served, or treated myself. Period.
