Culver’s never disappoints. The ButterBurgers are fresh, and made right every time. Cheese Curds always come out perfectly. Service is quick and friendly, and the place is clean whether you’re dining in or hitting the drive-thru. And the custard? Best way to end a meal, hands down. It’s real food, real flavor, and they don’t cut corners. Definitely one of the best restaurants out there.

I went there the 16th of May and this employee named Jorge took my order. He was extremely kind, friendly, and a great worker. The amount of time it took to get my food was short even while the place was full of people. The conditions of the restaurant were good and I did not feel unsatisfied with the cleanness of the restaurant. The food was delicious, crispy but no too crispy, and the taste was great. Overall the worker, the atmosphere, and the food were outstanding.

They totally messed up my order almost a year ago now. Even have me a chicken sandwich with no chicken. I called and complained. They offered to send me coupons. I have still not received the coupons. Deceitful

For the 4th time, we got home and dinners are missing or wrong orders. The drive through is ridiculous and really needs more thought involved as a business. Portillos has this perfected!!! We don't mind waiting but get the orders right at least. I will be going somewhere else when I want fish on Friday. Waste of time driving back and forth for the correct order and management doesn't seem to care.

I usually never have an issue with Culver’s but the last 2 times I have been there I have gotten the wrong order!!! The last two times I ordered through drive through from the gentleman standing outside and both times after they brought my food out I had to bring it back inside. First time I was missing a whole meal, the second time I was missing two fries and my daughters sandwhich that clearly stated no pickles on it (chicken sandwhich) had pickles, they forgot the tomato and there was ketchup on it, plus ordering from the guy standing outside instead of ordering through speaker in drive through takes wayyyy longer to get food especially when it’s wrong. All these young kids they hire also like to have attitude and roll their eyes when you go back in because they messed up!!
