I had a coupon for two large blizzards. The girl that made them I've had chocolate milk that has been thicker when I got home and bitched about it she said they were short staffed and I said it's not my problem. She said the chocolate milk is runnier than the white milk I said why are you using chocolate milk. I asked why she didn't turn it upside down when she got done making it and said she probably put a solid lid on it. When I got home I took the lid off I had chocolate m&m milk everywhere. I called her she explained that not all participating Dairy Queens turn their blizards upside down and once again explain they were short-staffed which I replied once again is not my problem. I said that I would return immediately I wanted it made right. When I got there the other girl took them and made new ones. And then in the meantime well the first girl was making some type of ice cream and blending it the young man came out of the kitchen and she was telling him about me while I was watching her because he looked at me and he smiled and I smiled and nodded my head and I told the other girl I said you know that's not too polite when I'm standing right here and I know that she's bitching about me. This place really sucks

When i was there the other day, the old guy was treating his workers so poorly. Talking smack and unreasonably correcting them. Unacceptable. Then for the “cherry on top” i’m pretty sure i saw a rodent run across the lobby. something small and black. this is disgraceful. Food was good but lost my appetite after that. How could a place be this bad?

Went to get some blizzards tonight and was sitting at the drive thru order box for quite a while (10+ minutes) a car behind us left because of the wait and then after we finally got to order it was another while to get our two blizzards, the s’mores one and a Reese’s caramel craze. Then on delivery it wasn’t flipped because it probably would have slid right out of the cup, was very runny and my s’mores was missing the chocolate pieces that go in it.

I ordered and paid for a full salad, but only got a half of one. Employees need more trainimg on how to prepare food. Unfortunately it's probably that nobody stays there long enough to learn how to do that.

I ordered an Ice cream cake for my grandson's graduation and I had to cancel ahead of time and let them know I would re order at a later date. There was not a problem. I did not call them on Monday of Memorial day as I did not think they were open. I called Tuesday for a cake for Wednesday. Nothing fancy. Just Harlem colors. I was told they don't have black. If they decorate cakes they should know their color wheel and know what you mix to make black. The cake was just white and orange. I didn't complain because the manager saw it and asked the girls about why it didn't have black they said they have gel in black and it doesn't work good. The cake was still good just only part of Hatlem colors.
