Went to dinner last night, after finding a parking spot husband and I were walking in and commenting on how delicious it smelled. We had eaten there before and had the special steak and soup and it was amazing. We walked in the restaurant and it looks crowded. The couple in front of us saw the sign that says "seat yourself", so they did. There are still more people hanging around but it looks like they're talking to the group that are at the table as you walk in the door. We decide to go check out the bar and see if there's any tables open and we see a couple getting ready to go. They said they were just waiting for the waitress to come back and we're more than welcome to have the table. Another couple walked by us and say you're waiting for a table we've been here 20 minutes. He was quite rude so it was no surprise when a waitress / hostess came by and said that they were waiting first. We didn't want an argument and it's only food, but if you have a "seat yourself" please pay attention!! Maybe have a hostess/waitress on a busy Friday night and get rid of the sign!

Upon entering the restaurant we were not greeted … after waiting for an open seat or server arrived and was of very few words. The floor was covered in old food/crumbs. My order was entered in wrong, which she did correct. However, we were not offered refills or checked on at any point. The prime rib sandwich meat was full of fat and soggy. The onions were GREEN, and the horseradish was brown. My daughters cheese quesadilla had enough cheese on it to feed an army and full of grease. This is our second experience at this restaurant.. we thought we would give it a second try but we were thoroughly disappointed. It is unfortunate that we spend sixty dollars on food and can’t even get decent customer service.

The fish fry was really good but i dont understand why the waitress was so rude. She literally rolled her eyes every single time she left my table. And people like that want a tip? Im surprised i stayed nice the whole time. I remember having a job i didnt like, so i went and got a different one!

I was really looking forward to the fried fish after looking at the pictures but instead of fresh and flaky it was a triangular piece of fish that looked like it came out of frozen pouch. The breading was also not good. Very disappointed,The cheese curds were good.
