The size of the once BIG hot ham and cheese is a joke now. Still a very expensive sandwich but now the size of a McDonald's double cheeseburger. But still the best. Otherwise everything was good.

Service was great, idk if I would blame the workers for the food but we all got VERY sick after eating here. Will NOT be going back to this one. I've eaten at others no problem, never again at this one though.

Slow! I go to drive-thru in morning...no one in drive-thru or at counter except me. I pay for food. Then, they ask me to pull around to the front of the building. They would not let me wait in drive-thru after I asked to stay because it causes their drive-thru timer to go up. Shaving their drive-thru time does not equal repeat customers. Waiting on a manger to call be about this. It is unethical for a paying customer to be pushed around before receiving food for a method that's supposed to be quick. Again low drive-thru times on paper does NOT equal repeat business over time. Customers ACTUALLY served in a low time causes repeat customers. By continuing this method, you run the risk of forgetting about the customer and losing customers for good. I have submitted a corporate complaint on these bad tactics.

Workers were friendly, got my food extremely fast (right after ordering), and it was still fresh and hot.
So so. Food was good but the staff wasn't friendly at all. The woman at the drive thru window was rather rude. She seemed to hate her job. And I get it, I used to work in fast food. But if you are not happy, just find a different job.

Love's Truck Stop for lunch. Cheese burger had a good sauce but it seemed like it had been sitting under the warm lights too long.

Went there tonight ordered a star burger, they gave us a regular single hamburger, but charged us for the star burger, my girlfriend went back in and told them, and they tried to say I said "small burger" give me a break, no such thing, if we wanted a regular hamburger I would of said that, and my GF said the girl manager had an attitude with her, but they gave her the right burger.
