This is a newer place on Hwy 19. Easy access. I used the Drive-thru. I always have good service. Usually stop around lunch time. The male employee that waited on me was very polite and friendly. Will be stopping there again.

Don't get the chicken sandwich. It was burnt and inedible. The excuse was "that's how it comes out of the fryer." They did refund the sandwich but the attitude was unacceptable. Husband's food was fine which is why they got any stars.

This use to be one of my go to spots but the past year for me, I feel like they are not caring if the food is fresh or if it's even prepped correctly. On my way to work this morning I stopped to get a low carb breakfast bowl. After I ordered it the lady that took my order was kinda hesitant on the speaker like she didn't know what I was asking for. When I got to the window to picked up my order something told me to open it up and check it out. But I waited until I got to work. Someone just threw it together! It is missing the white cheese that goes on it and the egg is dry and not folded correctly! I would have understood if the place was busy but it wasn't! Plus this is the second time someone has put my low carb bowl together incorrectly. They have a food prep diagrams to look at! Is it that hard to follow??Get it together Hardee's crew!!

Food fresh. Sr discount. Had brkfast platter and cinnamon roll and coffee. All done exactly as ordered with a smiling gal attending. They always make me happy to go here!Parking: Big area to park in. Truck traffic in back. Hardees located off I90/39 in a large truck stop with Loves gas station
Ordered a chocolate shake and fries.The shake came to me only 75% full.When I made a comment about it, neither of the guys (young) made an offer to rectify the issue.And it could have been made better of either of them had at least a smile as they told me they only have one size of shake.That did not explain the less than full only size shake they gave me.Worst waste of money this whole trip.You guys made my impression of Hardee's solid.Never again.
