I ordered from here about a month ago. I should have known the food wouldn’t be right by the way the guy answered the phone ?. He said “Hello” instead of saying the business name and did not ask me my name to put the order under.But anywho, I got egg foo young with fried rice and eggroll. NEVER AGAIN! The eggroll smelled bad like it was spoiled! Straight to the garbage! The egg foo young tasted like cornstarch, flour and dried out all at the same time and no flavor! I even tried to recook it, still did not get done! The rice was sticky and overcooked! I threw all the food away! A waste of money!

I used to come here all the time, but after the last few trips, I figured out that they were overcharging me by about $30. The food is good, but it's either ridiculously overpriced ($15 for fried rice?) Or they're skimming.

Food was very disappointing and wildly expensive. General Tso's chicken was soggy, not spicy. Lo mein was bland and watery. The egg foo yung gravy was very strange and so full of these huge pieces of green onions. The EFY patties were very large though. We got charged for fried rice but received white rice instead. I didn't even bother calling because I don't plan on going back. Surprisingly the best thing we ate was the beef teriyaki stick that was part of the bo bo platter.
Was in Roscoe the day and thought I tried a new place. It says dine in but they had a sign on the door that says take out only. So I want some place else. Perhaps they were doing work I don't know but it said dine in and it wasn't.

We keep trying other Chinese places in the area and keep going back to Imperial Palace. Love the crab rangoons and egg rolls. We ordered from another place tonight and were disappointed. Figured it was time to give Imperial some credit for always being our go-to after year's of ordering.
