My son and I love the pizza and cheese bread. Always made right and tastes delicious. The only issue I have is the chicken tenders..not what I expected and tasted like the freezer burned Tyson ones I just threw away. Blegh, neither one of us could eat them but the dog loved them.

This is the second time that we had to wait over an hour from when the pizza was supposed to be ready. These people are so incompetent. This time an hour and a half later, they finally realized that they gave the pizza to someone else. They aren't even apologetic when this happens and act like you are being ridiculous for asking for your money back. Unfortunately today was my daughters birthday so way to ruin the night!
I only have this four stars. The staff are friendly and clean. The food is hot and clean. The floors on that day where cold and lightly dusted with flour and extra love. The guy in the back was laying flour on the what ever it is and got on the floor. My wife dragged me in there the first time. Haven't stopped going for 2 years.

My husband and I have ordered from here almost every Sunday for more than a year, and have had occasional issues that were easy to overlook. Tonight, however, our deliverly was 15 minutes late. That alone it fine, but the salads we ordered had barely anything on them. When you pay 7 dollars for a salad, you expect more than a couple slices of meat, and 3 strips of cheese. Not to mention I paid for salami to be added to my salad, only it was missing. It's a good thing I didn't really care about the onions, since my salad only had 4 tiny pieces. Guess it's time to find a new Sunday take out place.

We had a large order delivered at noon Saturday (Easter weekend)! Cole, the Manager and Brandon, the Assistant Manager answered all my questions personably and professionally. The Driver who delivered our order was well mannered and cheerful, and all the food was wonderful.. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Marco's to our friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!!

Great customer service from their manager, Cole. Went above and beyond to get an issue I had previously, fixed. Without questions asked. I believe good customer service is the number one key to good business, and this is exactly why I will continue to frequent Marcos after this experience. Their pizza is an easy favorite and I continue to recommend it to others.
