This was a pleasant surprise. The place is so cute and chill on the inside. The food was SO good and the prices were super decent. The drinks come in to-go cups automatically which I thought was so smart. The waitress was sweet and seemed to know the menu well. This place is underrated and more people should go. I will definitely be returning. Only reason I gave 4 starts is because my whole seat moved when I adjusted myself, so might wanna secure those better 🤣

Have ordered twice from work. Everything tastes fine. The only bad is they need to resolve the issue of soggy food from heat condensation in delivery orders. In a world where delivery has become very commonplace there are better packaging option to help prevent this.

My daughter had her wedding reception here. Great food! Great service! Staff did a great job! Very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoy Mary’s Market in Rockford so I decided to try the one in Roscoe for lunch. Didn’t even get to the point of being seated as not one employee acknowledged my presence including the manager. I waited at the booth to be seated a good 5/6 minutes. No, “hello” “be with you shortly” nothing. I finally decided to leave but before leaving I went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. Expressed my concerns and let her know it was unacceptable and her response “I’m sorry. I thought you were trying to order to go.” If youve ever been to Mary’s market there’s a whole counter to order from which I was not standing near. As much as I wanted to say what I was thinking I simply left. Never to return.

We just moved to Roscoe and I’m so disappointed in this experience. To be clear, I believe the staff was doing the best they could and this is directed at the management.
I ordered online for pickup this week. I was told to pick up at 5:39. Upon getting the restaurant, it was evident they were understaffed (two front of house and only one back of house). The staff was so friendly and trying to help, knowing they were not prepared for the volume. I didn’t receive the order until 6:05.
I’d love to see the management empower their team, staff appropriately, and ensure customer service isn’t impacted by budget cuts. I paid over $60 for 3 entrees and 3 desserts. The experience should align to that investment.
Clean and nicely decorated and the food is outstanding. Great waitresses too! This has become one of my favorite places to have breakfast!

Great food, and the cost was ideal!!
We were there mid afternoon and only two other people in the restaurant. The food was just OK for the price paid, which is a little higher than typical. Mary’s market used to have a terrific reputation… Now… Not so much.
Our order was missing a couple of condiments that should’ve been on the plate and we had to wait and request refills on our drinks. Very disappointing compared to what their reputation used to be. No wonder the place is empty.

I was so happy they reopened! The first few times after they reopened, our food was great! Then it got to be where I said I was not going to go back! Then, of course I go back for takeout this evening with an online order pick up at 6 o’clock!
I did get there a few minutes early, but I watched my food sit up there for 14 minutes only because the Cook in the back saw me standing there for about 28 minutes total and told the waitress to ask what I was waiting for. Well, it was my food that had been sitting there ! For a Friday night, they should have more than two waitresses as it seemed to be more than they could handle from what I observed. I always order the same thing and once again disappointed! The mango was not fresh, and I had a very, very small amount of lettuce. It’s usually a full container and I was very disappointed once again.

I was very disappointed in the sugar cookie. I was told it was frosted, and uh, it had a very hard covering over it that was supposed to be frosting.
Also purchased bagel sticks as I knew they purchased the recipe from the old bagel place again, was disappointed. They just didn't taste like the bagel place at all, really doughy.
It was pretty expensive for two cookies and eight bagel sticks, it was over $31
I love the food! But the failure to provide nutritional facts by necessity keeps me away! Some of us need this information to stay safe
Good food
I generally just join a friend here for a beverage. It’s a really nice atmosphere and it seems to be somewhat undiscovered. There are a lot of options for food, bakery, and beverages, I like it a lot, and I hope they continue to make it in this economy. I recommend it.
