I'm glad they have a play place but why is it so dirty?? If you go inside it's hard to get anyone to serve you and they forgot things in my small order.

Alexis running the drive thru is rude, rushing mw while i was ordering so i only got to tell her 2 items cuz i was sick of it and went to vurger king after that where i was treated better. Got to window she never told me price she rudely took my card and gave me attitude when i asked for her name and her managers name. Shut the window on me when i told her i wanted my receipt. She should not have a job there

Chuck and Marlena are the worst!!! I made an online order sat for 25-30 mins for them to bring out half the order. I called the first time they said they were waiting on 4 piece chicken nuggets. But really for 20 mins??? I called again because they brought the order out and they were missing half of it. Chuck was not very nice over the phone seems very careless of the issue at hand. I drive off and come back because I had another order to get. I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins while they ran around like chickens not knowing what my order was. Chuck gets the general manager Marlena who was legit another careless person she was not understanding anything of what was going on. I would suggest not ordering from this McDonald’s they legit were rude and had no sense of care for a customer. They also apparently did not know how to run a team or a store. There excuse was technical difficulties lol. What a mess!!!

Went through the drive-through ordered a double cheeseburger meal drove all the way home and got 2 6 piece chicken nuggets. Honestly, it’s ridiculous that you guys cannot get an order right happened to me multiple times I don’t know why I keep coming back. Then you call and no one answers the damn phone

friday 4/18 . our hamburger was missing the meat. The staff had attitude. We waited very long. We won't be back. instead of improving, they get mad at everyone, have their friends and family give fake positive reviews, and put little 🙏🏻 when you say you won't be back. it's like lord of the flies is the staff here. I wish they would put this much effort into Guest relations and professionalism.

Really disappointed with our visit to the Roscoe, IL McDonald’s. We went through the drive-thru wanting a simple vanilla ice cream cone. After waiting nearly 10 minutes in the double drive-thru, we were finally greeted (barely)—no hello, just a “wait” followed by a dry “what do you want” several minutes later. When we asked about ice cream, the only answer we got was “we don’t have ice cream,” with no explanation or details about what was available. The employee was unhelpful and clearly not interested in providing even basic customer service. To top it off, getting out of the drive-thru after that waste of time was a hassle. Overall, a really frustrating and unpleasant experience. Definitely won’t be back anytime soon.
