A couple of months ago I grabbed a pizza by the slice for lunch and it was amazing. So, I decided to take the family for dinner and I was very disappointed. I take my family once a month out for the "Tour of Italy" around the Rockford area, tasting the same pizzas so we can compare apples to apples. Wow just wow! I’ve had the pizza a million times and it’s always amazing. Today for the first time I had pasta. It was screaming hot, a super large portion, (you can’t even tell I ate any), cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious!
Hands down the best pizza in the Stateline area, bar none! The place is busy on the weekends, so order early! The girls who work the phones (3 or 4 of them at a time) are fast, accurate, and polite! I can't believe they can hear anything as they stand right next to each other and take orders. The place runs like a well-oiled machine! We order virtually the same weekly, and it is always perfect!
