This Wendy's is truly a fast food location. They make salads to order here. Love it. I stop at this location while traveling over the road just to get a Cobb salad w/o cheese. Kudos to the staff and please continue to do a great service. The managed joslynn, Cecilia, josé

Worse fast food in Roscoe/Rockton. This location is terrible. Never fresh food, terrible service. Ran cheaply because they hire low level staff to run the place.

They advertise the fright frosts for Halloween yet I got this.. also asked me to donate $1 and they would give me a coupon booklet I didn’t receive. Don’t waste your time going to this place.nothing but lies and disappointment.

AVOID!!! Man, this place is going downhill rapidly. We received our order and it was burnt. We went to get some sodas at their dispenser only to find the dispenser had no ice, and there was no Coke available. Then I tried to get ketchup for my fries and the dispensers weren't working. When I went up to get ketchup in packets from the staff, they gave me two packets. I then got a cup that I normally would put the ketchup into if the dispenser was working only to discover that the two packets they gave me didn't even fill up half of their little tiny plastic ketchup cups. And, the worst part of all, is that the food was not hot or warm, and we ate our meal in their facility. Needless to say we won't be back!!!

We went to pick up an online order and we got pulled forward. That’s fine. They proceeded to bring out the order forgetting multiple items so we had to drive back. Not the worst problem. After we got back to the store we told them what they forgot and they pulled us forward again. Then (daliah) the person at the counter brought out the wrong order. We searched the bag touching the food only to find out it was completely a different order. I brought the food back in and said that it was still the wrong order. Daliah took the food from me and immediately started running to food to another car so I told her that the food needed to be remade because we had touched it and while we are not sick, still didn’t want another customer to receive the food we had just put our hands on. Thats gross. She ignored me so I repeated myself and she kept going to the customer and actually gave him the food. I ended up having to tell the customer what had happened and he went back in to get his order remade, saying “that’s gross” then finally she ran the order out and at that point we asked for the manager (Eric) because she clearly didn’t understand why that’s not okay. After he came over he got an attitude and made excuses. Simply they need to not work in food service if they don’t have the common sense or care to not give people food that has been manhandled by a stranger.

Absolutely the most trash experience at any place I’ve ever been to, and I’m from Ohio. We ordered on the app and went to pick it up and the pulled us forward (which was already weird when it was marked ready on the app) when we got home we went through the bags only to find out we were missing 2 meals as well as another fry, 2 10 piece nuggets, 3 fries, not that hard. Anyway we went back to the drive thru to get the rest of our prepaid for food and again we were pulled forward, a woman named Dahlia (idk how to spell it blonde hair, short, doesn’t listen, short attention span, you’d know if you saw her) ran out and shoved 2 bags in our window without communicating what it was at all and ran off. Said nothing to us. We went through both bags of food and touched basically everything and realized it wasn’t our order. (This was frustrating already as the manager ERIC had already asked us 3 times what we were missing and he personally pulled us forward) we took the food back inside and explained to lil miss blondie that she gave us the wrong order and she would have to remake it for the other car because we had touched it. She promptly took the order and ran it to the other car, we immediately told them what she did and she screamed at us because she didn’t want to remake the food. This started a giant fight between us as all of the customers and the employees. The act of her taking the food out of my boyfriends hands and immediately handing it to someone else after we had already went through it is actually FOUL. After the manager AGAIN came out asking us what we ordered and we told him AGAIN. (20 minutes for some nuggets and fries is crazy) when the food was brought out we asked the woman her name and she instead kept repeating “do you want a cookie or a frosty” no. I want your name, I said and she gave me her MANAGER ERICS NAME instead, so when speaking to Mr Eric himself I asked him again her name so I could report this foul behavior to corporate he made excuses and said he didn’t care and it wasn’t his problem. UNTIL I said to Eric himself that I guess it was his job I would be going after, and called him out by name showing him that his precious coworker had already ratted him out, then he stormed off like a toddler saying he didn’t care. Not to mention when bringing me what was supposed to be my order they were still missing my fries. I left because it just wasn’t worth it anymore and I didn’t want spitty fries because clearly they don’t care about health code. This is actually the grossest thing I’ve witnessed at a drive thru in a long time. Yall deserve to be shut down 🥱🤮.
