Food was good I just couldn't tell a difference between Dave's single and the crabby patty.
We went to pick up an online order and we got pulled forward. That’s fine. They proceeded to bring out the order forgetting multiple items so we had to drive back. Not the worst problem. After we got back to the store we told them what they forgot and they pulled us forward again. Then (daliah) the person at the counter brought out the wrong order. We searched the bag touching the food only to find out it was completely a different order. I brought the food back in and said that it was still the wrong order. Daliah took the food from me and immediately started running to food to another car so I told her that the food needed to be remade because we had touched it and while we are not sick, still didn’t want another customer to receive the food we had just put our hands on. Thats gross. She ignored me so I repeated myself and she kept going to the customer and actually gave him the food. I ended up having to tell the customer what had happened and he went back in to get his order remade, saying “that’s gross” then finally she ran the order out and at that point we asked for the manager (Eric) because she clearly didn’t understand why that’s not okay. After he came over he got an attitude and made excuses. Simply they need to not work in food service if they don’t have the common sense or care to not give people food that has been manhandled by a stranger.

Absolutely the most trash experience at any place I’ve ever been to, and I’m from Ohio. We ordered on the app and went to pick it up and the pulled us forward (which was already weird when it was marked ready on the app) when we got home we went through the bags only to find out we were missing 2 meals as well as another fry, 2 10 piece nuggets, 3 fries, not that hard. Anyway we went back to the drive thru to get the rest of our prepaid for food and again we were pulled forward, a woman named Dahlia (idk how to spell it blonde hair, short, doesn’t listen, short attention span, you’d know if you saw her) ran out and shoved 2 bags in our window without communicating what it was at all and ran off. Said nothing to us. We went through both bags of food and touched basically everything and realized it wasn’t our order. (This was frustrating already as the manager ERIC had already asked us 3 times what we were missing and he personally pulled us forward) we took the food back inside and explained to lil miss blondie that she gave us the wrong order and she would have to remake it for the other car because we had touched it. She promptly took the order and ran it to the other car, we immediately told them what she did and she screamed at us because she didn’t want to remake the food. This started a giant fight between us as all of the customers and the employees. The act of her taking the food out of my boyfriends hands and immediately handing it to someone else after we had already went through it is actually FOUL. After the manager AGAIN came out asking us what we ordered and we told him AGAIN. (20 minutes for some nuggets and fries is crazy) when the food was brought out we asked the woman her name and she instead kept repeating “do you want a cookie or a frosty” no. I want your name, I said and she gave me her MANAGER ERICS NAME instead, so when speaking to Mr Eric himself I asked him again her name so I could report this foul behavior to corporate he made excuses and said he didn’t care and it wasn’t his problem. UNTIL I said to Eric himself that I guess it was his job I would be going after, and called him out by name showing him that his precious coworker had already ratted him out, then he stormed off like a toddler saying he didn’t care. Not to mention when bringing me what was supposed to be my order they were still missing my fries. I left because it just wasn’t worth it anymore and I didn’t want spitty fries because clearly they don’t care about health code. This is actually the grossest thing I’ve witnessed at a drive thru in a long time. Yall deserve to be shut down 🥱🤮.

Check your frosty frights kid meal toy before leaving the drive thru
They open them and then give them out knowing they are the regular toys. So there is no chance to collect the special ls.

Ordered 4 today. Every one had been opened just enough to peek into.I mean if it had just one of them opened. maybe it could be an accident. But it was all 4. All slit open just enough to see in
Im pissed as hell. That aint right. So you got some cheating employees pulling some selfish crap. Adults should not have to be told that you cant help yourself and look and then give it out already opened. That is cheating your customers at the fair chance of getting one. Its just plain wrong.
As much as Wendys advocates for adoption and finding forever homes for kids.
Dave Thomas would surely be disappointed to know someone at this store is cheating kids and collectors.

The staff was super friendly. Food was freshly cooked. Love their salads, always fresh, tasty and healthy! Love eating here over other fast food places, BK, McDonald’s, etc don’t have healthy options like Wendy’s!

Didn't order cheese on my chili but thanks for the mess and my Dave's double was not made to order patties were not fresh and hot and let's not talk too much about the fries that had already been made a while ago. Don't you miss the days before covid!

I've been going here for over a year and they have yet to get an order right. Gave our order to someone else, then just gave us a bunch of cheeseburgers and fries instead. Won't give receipts either

I ordered a Dave's double cheeseburger in the app which comes with onion, tomato, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. The only thing I changed was that I wanted less ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I got the burger and it had no onion, tomato, or lettuce but still had a lot of sauce. I take it back and they make a new burger but it still didn't have onion on it. I told the guy working there that there was still no onion on it and with a dumb look on his face said, "You wanted onion?"If you order anything here don't change anything in the order because they don't understand that easy sauce means put less sauce but still put everything else on it.

The employees don’t value what they are serving, just today went and got a basic burger and fry meal. Burnt patties that were also cold in the middle, same with the fries. Would have had a better experience eating something from the gas station.
Open up the short ribs ordered to carry out they had me park my car they brought out the hot food and forgot all my cold stuff. I don’t believe in one star so they get a bottom of the barrel two star rating for me.
