At 9:15pm we waited 10 minutes at host stand for a table, once seated we sat 10 minutes before our server even came to the table. Ronnie was extremely rude the whole time he “waited” on us. He never checked on us, took another 10 minutes after we asked for refills on our drinks. The restaurant was not busy at all. For such a nice restaurant we were very disappointed in our service.

Extremely disappointing. We were excited to try the restaurant and the crispy brussels sprout appetizer. We also spotted what we thought would be a fan favorite of the chicken bacon quesadilla. The appetizers arrived between 20 to 30 minutes later and we put in our lunch order. We were able to determine in about a bite of the appetizer, that both were soggy and luke warm. The crispy brussels sprouts were in fact, just some side of brussels sprouts that looked steamed with cheese and they informed us that the quesadillas were cooked on a flat top, which would not be a problem if they had used any sort of oil that would make the exterior in way crisp. I notified staff immediately, and while they did offer to remake them, we did not have time to further delay our day. we were looking for a great experience and instead found food that could be phenomenal if cooked properly, and extremely dirty mirrors in the booths. There were about three tables tops and I do not have any sort of faith dinners would’ve come out correctly, and in less than an hour. Much much better restaurants to dine at in the same hotel.

They have the standard hotel breakfast bar with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruits, toast, pastries, and an omelet station.The staff was great. They constantly checked in to see if I needed more coffee or anything else.I went three times during my stay, and everything was consistent each time.

Monday August 21st 2023 I was informed by my husband this morning that the breakfast was free. He is here on business and went ahead of me to eat since he had to leave for work. I went into the bistro for breakfast and got my meal, the waitress came and gave me my tea. Once finished, I was asked by the waitress did I have a coupon for breakfast? I spoke with the manager Sam there and explained what happened that my husband told me it was free. He was so kind and professional and told me it was "fine it is on him"! That made my day. There are still some nice considerate people in this world. The food was very good and the cocktails as well. The place was very clean and staff very friendly. Bar tender Jose was also very nice and friendly. It is a bit over priced though but worth it! Thank you Sam for being a wonderful human being.

Place is all around amazing, food quality is on point, and I know some people arnt fans of carrot cake but let me tell you, this place has the best carrot cake I’ve ever had, and for what me and my girlfriend ordered, it was within budget. I recommend this place highly ?

The food portions are huge here and everything is delicious. The employees are super friendly especially Maria and Enrique! I got the barbecue burger and was surprised at how big it was. I loved everything about the restaurant and will definitely come back more in the future to try the other menu items! I highly recommend you try this out if you are staying at the DoubleTree.

Me and a group of six others was staying at the Doubletree and decided that we would get something to eat before going to bed. I got a Diet Coke a piece of cheesecake and a order of wings. The wings was $14 for six of them and they were pretty small. The hot wings were not too bad on the taste, but at the end of our meal, the check was given instead of being broken up. The waiter said that they cannot break up the bill and then proceeded to hand it to the oldest lady in our group. For most of us just getting simple appetizers and a few drinks the bill was over $141. The one person said that the bacon cheeseburger was excellent but I don’t think any of us appreciated. The bill being handed to the oldest lady if our group.

Ive been here a few times. The only issue i have is that half the staff is really good and the other half are rude and not at all interested in customer service. I went there for dinner and the 1 employee that i made eye contact with, went into the kitchen and ignored me. The place was empty except for 2 people seated at the bar.
