I keep coming back to this marriott for bith the hotelbas well as the in hiuse restaurant which has top notch food and the breakfast buffet for the price point is amazing . Ched Ramsey and the lady at the bar were too kind to make some akternate suggestions when one of the food i ordered the pork buns in hoysin sauce turned out to be bit salty for me they not only recommended the flat steak and the fries but didnt even charge me for the pork buns ! Now thats service to remember so what you waiting for head over and enjoy they have food for every pallette and every eaterians out there .i also would recommend the halibut rissotto very nice portions as well so make sure you are hungry !

Amazing Mushroom Ravioli served in an absolutely delicious way. This is a gastronomy delight!!! Beet salad and Caesar, local sour dough bread a huge compliment to our dinner. Mango passion pave another wonderful surprise. Wine and beer list have solid choices. Bon appetit!

I made a mistake ordering dinner from Benchmark tonight. I chose the scallops, and after waiting 20 minutes, the host finally brought the food—clearly it had been sitting for a while before being delivered. I went straight up to my room, but the dish was lukewarm at best. I received just three small, rubbery scallops with no flavor. The accompanying vegetables were poorly prepared, and the polenta was equally bland and disappointing.

The service is superb! Antonio was taking care of me and made some wonderful suggestions for my meal. He was fast as well even though he was serving the entire bar section. My glass was never empty! While waiting for my meal, I smelled some delicious food being prepared by Ramzi. He was putting torch to the cedar plank under a great looking piece of salmon. The smells carried over to the bar area and drew me in so I walked over to check it out. Ramzi and I were talking about the finer points of presentation as the still smoking plank was taken to another clients table. The Flat Iron Steak was perfectly cooked to Med Rare and the seasoned truffle fries were fantastic. I also enjoyed the 1/2 order beet salad which has a delicious dressing and rounded out my “meat and potatoes” meal. For a hotel (Westin O’hare) restaurant, it puts out some impressively high quality food and service. No need to walk out into the cold in search of a mediocre meal when a well priced and delicious meal is in the lobby

This place offers high quality food and the bar has a decent selection of liquor. The food came out quick, but taking my order was slow. Food was good, but loaded with sauce. The price is actually great for the area and its placed conveniently in the Westin hotel. It’s a great experience overall and def recommend it if you are staying or in this area.

The “Dry aged Ribeye” was horrific. It was sliced up with an over the top salty sauce and was far overcooked. Hopefully they do their other items better. If you think you’re getting a ribeye you will be disappointed.
