People working here are very friendly. FOOD IS GREAT!!!!! I wish there was more of these throughout the city. I drive here out of my way to eat here. Way better than the competition.

We have been to Rosemont several times and wanted to try something different for food so we came to Big Chicken. The asian gentleman at the counter was very nice. He made sure to answer our questions about the food. After placing our order i went to the restroom. I noticed it was very dark in there. Not sure if that was on purpose or not but you definitely need better lighting in there. They called our number and I went to get the food. The chicken tenders were very good and juicy. I ordered the dirty fries as an upgrade. But after trying them it was not worth it. There was barely any toppings on it. Next time I would go for the regular fries Instead. I also ordered an oreo shake. Didn't realize until I got my receipt that it was $7 dollars. It was good but not worth that price. Considering it was more like a medium shake. I thought it was weird that they pulled it out of the mini freezer when I picked up my order. But after I took a sip noticed it was melty already. Not sure if they didn't mix it correctly or what. I was in a hurry to get to a concert so didn't bother saying anything. Overall spent $40 for two people seems high.

Tastiest chicken I've had, and delivered to us fast and piping hot! Amazing mac and cheese and portion sizes.
Alfredo was super helpful. It was our first time here and he explained everything on the menu and checked in on us while we ate. Great service and food! I had the Uncle Jeromes Nashville Hot meal and husband got the #2 ultimate meal
