I ordered the original chicken sandwich and i was expecting a big chicken. What I ended up with was a very thin and over cooked chicken breast. There was way too much breading and very little breast. The fries were good but I wanted a big chicken and this place did not deliver. Not worth it.

Rosemont Big Chicken was a let down. I was expecting a wow factor but instead I was left with a sour taste. I ordered the Chicken Dunks and they were somewhat bland and the breading had all the taste. I had to rely on the sauces heavily for flavoring. My friends ordered the Uncle Jerome and Grilled Cheese. The Uncle Jerome sandwich was lacking and my friend said that it was a "dressed up McChicken" and that the lettuce was the best part. The grilled cheese was okay. The chicken patty was thin but the grilled cheese part was good. My friend didn't like the bbq sauce in the grilled cheese sandwich. The fries were tasty and the sauces were pretty good. The to go containers are great. They are thick, sturdy and is microwave safe. The decor was cool and the place needed some cleaning. The walls had splatter stains and there were a lot of gnats flying around. The bathrooms were fine and the service was great. But all in all, the experience was mediocre at best.

The service here was amazing, the cashier was very kind and helpful and the food is absolutely amazing. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Parking: It was very snowy when I came and a man was outside cleaning to make the parking easier and was cleaning the entrance to make it more accessible.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere here is amazing, very calm and has an arcade machine for kids to play on.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is great for anyone in a wheelchair and there is tables anywhere to sit.
