I messed up and ordered at the wrong location. When talking to Marco in Gurnee, he didn’t hesitate or show any frustration. Got my food going right away and offered to help cancel the other order. We work for one of the largest newspapers in the northeast and we had an amazing experience and the service was exceptional. We lost our keys and they did everything to help. They literally dug in the garbage "the manager" absolutely unparalleled.

Ketchup ran out, ask for ranch, was offer a and i quote "a whole bunch of ketchup packets". Had to ask for my cup w my combo order after I sat down and was served. Was not offered onion rings or fries, just assign fries. Unaware I can sub nacho cheese for the same price, as my friends used the same coupon and order the same deal I did. Was not issued a receipt while he was. I was given a order number, while he was not. We were ask to move so she can whip the tables off, while we waiting 5 minutes for our lyft, with 5 minutes to the store closes. As soon as we left the standing area, between the inner and outer doors, they lock the door not even 10 seconds later. Not given napkins so had to find them our selves. Got yelled at when I attempted to throw out or trash. Extra napkins were taken, while I was still whipping my face, as they were riding to close and pursue us and the three other customer pairs to finish up. Iit would take both or orders to get what should be the bare minimum order expectation. We will never come back here and we frequent the all state so that's just now business for your completion. Not to mention some of the tables were dirty, for only having 3 tables used or of nearly 20. Customer service was horrific. For was not bad, with the fries being the one thing to suprise us compared to white castle and other locals. Over all score, 2.5 to 3 when I want to say 0. That's without even addressing, we are disabled and allowing my aunt to sit, after walking 1/4 of a mile from all state and not even offer a water as she refused to eat and let us two eat, due to her not being elaborate for the coupon. Then force to leave and feeling unwanted while waiting on a cold night for the lyft is horrible. As a disable veteran business owner. I can't recommend your location.

Buona Beef is dishonest. Wanted regular combo and small fries. They said there was a combo with large fries. Assume a combo is discounted. It is not. So they sold me more food at a higher price. Extremely unethical.
