I am writing this to compliment this particular Buona. The food and staff are always wonderful at this location and it's always spotless. This past Christmas Eve we had a last minute change in our dinner plans. We scrambled to find catering. 1:00 PM we went to the Rosemont Buona and explained we needed catering for 10 people. Maria, at this location, walked us through pasta options with a salad and beef for enough in our party. She even offered us a drink while we waited. Top notch! We were relieved to say the least. It was ready before we knew it and were able to have a wonderful Christmas Eve party. Cheers to Maria and all the staff at this location. They do a wonderful job.

I messed up and ordered at the wrong location. When talking to Marco in Gurnee, he didn’t hesitate or show any frustration. Got my food going right away and offered to help cancel the other order. This made a huge difference at that moment because I was a having a bad day and week! Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help knowing it was my fault.
