The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

It is concerning that individuals are hired without proper training and professional development before being placed in customer-facing roles. I believe it would be beneficial to implement a comprehensive training program to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to interact effectively with customers.

I want to say thank you to the staff. My food fell on my table, and they were kind enough to give me a replacement without hesitation. I truly appreciate the kindness, especially just visiting the mall for the first time. The sandwich was good too. Thanks ?
